Checked in at approximately 12 noon for a simple tire repair. I had a screw stuck in middle of tire. Mechanic couldn't start my truck to bring into the bay. I intervened and realized the mechanic had the wrong keys. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for repair. When I inquired about status. I was told it was done. Went outside and waited another 15 minutes waiting for a manager to witness the torque and tightening of my wheel lugs. Got in my truck and found plastic seat cover still on seat and work order plastic sleeve on armrest. I removed both and handed to mechanic for disposal. Mechanic claimed he had to "gouge out" the screw for my repair. I was not satisfied waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for simple patch. In all fairness, the counter representative waived my $25 tire repair fee because of my inconvenience in an attempt to make my experience right. Although I was appreciative of their effort, I would not recommend for tire repair.

Cherry Rd Rock Hill location. Please stop parking the company truck so far back onto the side walk. When driving off of Chandler Rd. You can not see past the company truck to check for traffic getting into the middle lane!!! You basically have to pull up into Cherry Rd to see past it then you risk being hit from the side!!! Have called and complained but it’s still happening.

RNR was AMAZING!! I highly recommend them! Everyone from talking to Jarvis on the phone when I called to Gary and Allen in the shop and back to Jarvis before leaving! They are professional and very nice to work with! They even gave my crazy kids some fruit snacks. From shopping to install was in and out in a hour! I purchased rims and tires today and had an outstanding experience thanks to Chris and Thomas. Thomas took his time bringing each rim out to my car and setting them in front of my wheels so I could really see what looked best on my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. Chris provided extremely detailed information on every option and gave honest, knowledgeable opinions on which rims would work best and why. He even mounted them on my car so I could fully approve the look before leaving. On top of all that, they stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure my wheels and tires were installed correctly, taking their time to do the job perfectly. Their dedication, professionalism, and customer service were above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else but here. They are the best, and I highly recommend both Thomas and Chris!
