What started out as a very pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare. An error caused by a simple oil change has now cost me my time, multiple tows, two missed days of work (so far), a horrendous migraine and a repair bill of over $1000. I have filed a claim with Valvoline and expect them to fully reimburse me. Otherwise, I will be pursuing legal action.

If you ever wonder why this place is alwayd practically dead with no customers, I can probably help with that: poor customer service, but before you can receive the poor customer service, good luck getting anybody on the phone so you can get information about inquires for service or your vehicle. I feel sorry for their workers, and their customers, because I'm sure they could do much better with better office staff. Poor experience all around.

Today Bay 1 had the computer down. Moved from 2 to 1. Bay 1 had the mustang caught in the bay. Going on almost 45 min waiting and they had the car after me go in before me. I can't leave because the cars are in line behind me. Im expecting to be compt for this foolery, at least some discount for the inconvenience.

I will never go to a Valvoline again. I went there to get an oil change and they asked if I wanted new windshield wipers. The price for them was reasonable so I decided to get them. While they were replacing the windshield wipers, the person replacing them dropped the wiper holder on my windshield too hard and cracked my windshield. I called the customer service phone number, told them what happened, and they said to expect a phone call within two business days. Two weeks after this first happened, there was still no phone call so I called them again. They lied to me and said that they tried to reach out to me five days earlier; however, I had no missed calls and no voicemails from anyone on that date they claimed they tried to contact me. After four more phone calls to customer service spanning the next five days, finally, the area manager contacts me. He states that yes, the store did indeed crack my windshield and that they need an estimate on the repairs. I get an estimate and send it over but do not get any more information in return. A week later, I contact him asking what else is needed but now he is claiming that he needs an invoice in order to pay for it. I do not feel comfortable paying $500 out of pocket for damages that they caused when my experience with them has been absolute zero communication from their part. It has now been over a month since this first happened and the crack has now expanded across half my windshield. This is absolutely embarrassing for a customer service department of a company and would recommend people to stay away if this is how they treat their customers.

These guys were my angels this week. I was traveling on I 77 and had a tire puncture. I pulled in to the 76 station next door. One of the guys helped me get enough air to pull around into their bay and put my spare on so I could take the damaged tire to be repaired. So very thankful for their assistance.

It has been a while since I’ve had an oil change. I’ve always come to this location in rock Hill, but I will say this has been the best experience so far. Drake and Anthony were the employees taking care of me and he did an amazing job explaining the status of my car what I needed, and completing my oil change in a timely manner. Some people feel as if they are being taken advantage of whenever they get their car worked on, but I had no worries with Drake, Anthony and the Valvoline team.

These guys are a life saver. Just like one of the reviewer here. I was traveling on I-77 and had a tire puncture. My tire had a little smoke coming out when I pulled in to the 76 station next door. I asked one guys to help me get enough air until I get gome in about 10 minutes. Instead, they put my spare on until I can get damaged tire to be fixed. I had my oil changed there as well since I needed it anyway. Did more than I asked for. You guys are great! I'll be a regular now.

I’ve always had a great experience with super friendly staff at this location until Charles came around. He’s super rude and condescending. He looked at me like I was stupid, and made me feel talked down to for turning down an air filter and saying I would replace it myself. I guess because I’m a woman, it’s fine to be rude to me and assume I don’t know anything about cars. Thanks Charles.
