Everybody but BRANDON the mechanic was terrific! If your going to have mechanics atleast have ones that can answer peoples questions about their cars and have decent curtesy to be mannered and speak to them.

I just want to say that I had a terrible experience with burns collision center body shop in Rock Hill, SC. I hit a deer and had met with the insurance adjuster on NOV 18th, he said they would order my parts and for me to bring it back Mon, DEC 5th. They were going to replace the passenger door, mirror, and fender. Pull smaller dents and repaint/blend. I called on Wed, DEC 7th because I wanted an update they said it should be done Fri DEC 9th. Call back that Friday and they said they had an employee out sick all week that it would be done Monday DEC 12th. Call again Tues DEC 13th since I had not received a call and they said the door that came in was too damaged to use and it would be Fri DEC 16th when it would be done. Call again friday, paint is not done drying due to the cold. Was told it would be done Monday DEC 19th, this time I go up there when I get off and the car is still in the paint booth because they had to repaint due to paint issues. I am finally able to pick my car up the next day and what do you know a chip in the paint on the door handle and over spray on my rims. I will never ever recommend this shop to anyone because of the duration they had my car, the unprofessional manner in which they conduct business, and the condition of their work. I'm so ready to be done with them!!!

10/10 would recommend! I chose Burns Auto Body & Paint from a list of body shops approved through Allstate Insurance. Initially the choice was a "crapshoot" and really, I was just hoping for the best. However, it turned out to be THE BEST service experiences I've had in a very, very long time. The level of competency, professionalism, positive attitude and communication was so above bar it truly blew me away. I felt so well taken care of and valued as a customer. Other auto body shop businesses (ex. Hendrick, Gerber & Caliber shops) should take note: go "old school" and emulate Burns approach. Treat your customers honestly, be up front, be accessible for any questions or concerns they may have and keep your word! Will be referring/recommending Burns Auto Body & Paint. Burns had my beloved 2020 Audi A7 towed there following an unfortunate sideswipe, which also impacted my front end. From start to finish (and beyond), Burns provided first-rate service and great attention to detail. The Alan and Burns team kept me informed as repairs were underway, including updates on arriving parts, completion timeline, etc. When my car was ready for pickup, everything operated flawlessly, and looked as squeaky-clean as the day I bought it. The work was amazing. The result! You would never know that there was damage. No matter what light hits the car, it is impossible to tell. Thanks Alan and whole Burns Team😎
