It’s great to know that good honest Mechanics exist. Rock Hill Nissan sold me a damaged car. My fault should have had someone look at it. But had a bent toe Rod and didn’t know if the knuckle was damaged as well. $1,400 dollar repair. Had these guys fix the toe rod and look at the knuckle and they could have lied and said yeah it was damaged but they didn’t and now my car is driving much better. You definitely need to give them a try. Thank me later.

This place takes care of all of ur car needs. My husband had them to run duals on his 1999 Chevy Silverado. They did a great job. Next we are having them to run duals on my 1990 Chevy C1500 and to paint both trucks. The prices are the best around.

Brought it in 3 times, didn’t pay anything because they worked with my “car dealership” and it was under warranty. They put oil sealant to “fix” the oil leak. They told me it was fixed and it was not. They never once told me there was a major oil leak, just that they fixed it.

I’m a first-time customer here, and these guys truly went above and beyond to help me out. I had an issue that needed a lot of troubleshooting, but they took the time to investigate all the possibilities and avoid expensive and unnecessary work. They took my description of the problem seriously, kept me informed, and even drove me around when they had time. And they didn’t B.S. me one way or the other: they didn’t promise miracles, but didn’t pretend like I had a lost cause on my hands either. Everything felt honest and fair. Plus, they made the appointment and finished the job faster than I had hoped, and for a lot less money than I thought I’d be looking at. Long story short, they put the customer first and want to see real results just as much as I do.

Worst experience I've ever had in the 25 years that I've owned my classic car. I brought all of my parts with everything included, also the car for them to see the scope of the task at hand Every single nut and bolt was there. Showed them the parts, instructions and the completeness of it all. Each box was labeled and marked. Got a quote and a handshake on the deal. Got a drop off date and had it there, with everything, on the time they requested. Was promised an update call by the afternoon. I called them 10 minutes before closing. Was told they needed it overnight. That was ok by me. But never got a project update. Next morning I received a call early morning. Now they say they can't do it. Come pick it up. Not a single nut or bolt was ever touched over 2 days. Would never recommend this place nor will I ever step foot in that door again. I guess a handshake deal just doesn't count there. If I could give a negative star it would be a 5 negative star that I'd post. Here's my only reply. In my world. A handshake deal is a deal. We shook hands and had a deal. I did bring my car, with me, every part and all of the detailed instructions. Your words were "I've done thousands of these" is exactly what you said to me. Hell, I should have seen the red flag. That's when one of your guys tried to open my trunk with my house key. Not the oval GM key that's pretty much the same key for every single GM car produced that used keys.

Second experience with CarGuyz today, and both times was a great experience. When my car wouldn't start this morning, I remembered how honest and reasonable they were when I brought my car in to check my brakes, and gave them a call. They helped talk me through scenarios over the phone while I was waiting for roadside assistance. When my car and I got to the shop, they quickly diagnosed the issue was my battery, talked through replacement battery options with me, and got the new battery delivered and installed so quickly, I didn't need to reschedule any morning meetings or appointments. They now have a loyal regular customer.
