Ben working with these guys like crazy to get my truck in tip top shape they did a bunch of engine work for me like a lot they did really good on that but it was definitely not cheap like12,000$ worth!! but the follow up was a little bit slow im having some little minor issues here and there afterwards and they've agreed to fix them but takeing a little longer than I would like but all around definitely recommend to anyone!!

I emailed Baker Auto about getting my windshield replaced in my 30 year old truck. They got right back to me with an estimate & details. After I called to confirm, they set up a very flexible appointment date & time. I was fortunate enough to be able to drop the truck off & leave it overnight for them to start on the next morning. Leslie called me around 10:30 am to let me know that it was ready. She let me know that Carlos (the installer) noticed a puddle of antifreeze under the cowl, indicating a possible bad heater core (my guess), a potentially big problem later on without forewarning. They were prompt & on schedule with everything about this job. The price was within my budget. I have always tried to support local businesses. They were the 1st one I found online. I had no reason to look anywhere else. I would highly recommend that anyone check with them, at least for an estimate. Or, just stop by the shop to talk. Once you meet them, you might get the same good vibe that I got.

My husband and I found Baker's through our insurance company when we needed our windshield replaced and they've been great to us. They came out and replaced the windshield very quickly and great customer service. We had an issue with the cowl panel (frequent issue for our car type) and Wade Baker himself came out to fix the issue. He took great care of us. Very trustworthy and I would absolutely recommend them!

Scheduled an appointment and gave the lady my VIN number as well as let her know the make, model and which window needed replaced. After arriving and sitting for an hour, I was told they couldn’t replace my glass because I told them the wrong model car (mind you I gave the lady my VIN,). I quickly corrected her and she ran the VIN in front of me and it came back as EXACTLY what I originally told her.She then said the company sent them the wrong glass, and I was told they could not get a replacement glass that day but would let me know as soon as they could get the correct glass. It’s been two weeks and still no call back.. The gentlemen there was kind, apologetic, and crash wrapped my busted window, however, the woman working was more than willing to place blame on the customer and the vendor rather than admit she ordered the wrong glass in the first place. Very poor customer service. On another note, thanks to Safelite for coming to my home, replacing the glass and charging less than the local company.

Great shop! Had to replace cracked windshield. Searched for highest rated auto glass near me in Google maps. Submitted claim to insurance and they gave me a list to select from and Baker was #4. Claim submitted then Baker called me the next morning, setup a same day appointment and I had a new windshield within several hours. Very quick and easy. Also gave me a 19oz can of Baker Auto glass cleaner! Great little shop…I highly recommend! I never got to see the sweet beard on the can, but they still get 5 stars.

Do not use this place! I came with a $0 deductible through my insurance and left with a $2,500 bill. I cracked my driver-side window, and with my insurance I had a $0 out-of-pocket cost. After keeping my car for four weeks, they finally called and said they needed to reset the passenger windshield, which would cost $1,000, plus $500 more for a new gasket. After giving them the go-ahead, three more weeks later they called again and said that when pulling out the passenger window it broke. To fix it would be an additional $1,500 for another new windshield. Then he told me that if I did not like it, I could come get it with no windows in it. Again, beware.

Had the regulator replaced on my driver's side window of my 1999 Dodge Ram after it had popped out and fallen partially in the door. They identified the broken part and told me it would be fine to use after it was placed back in, but we decided to go ahead and replace it for future security for $263 after fees, parts, and labor. Would definitely go with them again for my window repairs; the window rolls up smoother now than it ever has. Great help from the woman at the front desk and the young man in the back, who did the actual repair.
