Called and asked for 265/70/17 and he said $55. Got here and now it raised up and $20 bc of tired treads. Never said anything about that on the phone just said $55. Make sure you ask more questions. Other than that guys do great work and do the job right.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dispatcher is rude and has no empathy for people who are already having a very bad day. If I had all the details to give as to why the wheel was off, I would’ve given them, but I’m no mechanic. All I know is my wheel is off and my car needs to be towed the dispatcher then proceeded to get very nasty with me and tell me that she had to know these information in order to have the car towed and then she hung up on me. This is a very bad company to have roadside assistance Have a contract with.

Went to get my front tires reversed due to an uneven wear problem. $40 bucks, okay. Only one side was done correctly. Went right back and it was corrected no charge. Went to drive home and both tires were not rebalanced properly. Called back awhile later and no answer. Decided I'd rather pay someone else to balance them at extra cost to me rather than let them mess with it again.

Called them and asked how much they charge to mount and balance tires. The gentleman told me $20 ea. Once they finished I paid and left my truck had a bad shake. I went back and he preceded to tell me it did not include balance. Why would a tire professional not balance tires for you. He is a very dishonest person and he acted like I did something wrong. Don’t do business here. Again when I asked on the phone I said mount and balance and also again when I got there in person.

Be careful with this place I called earlier today and he told me $50 for a tire and mounting balancing all together then I get there he tries to say 60 that he said 60 even though I said 50 to him over the phone after he said 50 to me and he said yes do not trust this place

Sold my husband a used tire, installed it for him too. He’s driving down the interstate a few weeks later and his tire comes off and he almost dies. They stripped the screws on his tire and I almost lost my husband. Will never return here again.

Great, fast service!! I bought a used tire in great shape ,price was good!! I was in and out within about 30 minutes!! They only take cash and the guys don't speak much of English. But they were friendly and courteous!! I will definitely go back for my tires there! They also have new tires!!

I only gave them a one star cause I had to I wouldn’t give them any at all or recommend them to any one , I came Saturday to get my tire replaced they replaced my tire and my tire sensor automatically came on And stayed on the whole weekend they said drive it out I drove from Charlotte to Columbia it is now Monday my tmp is now not showing any numbers. They told me to come by today and the owner who told me to come by is not there an they are saying the same thing drive it out , no refund accommodations nothing my light was not on at all and I could see my tire pressure numbers before I came now I can’t they then had me talking to a lady (there personal translator) she got offended as if she was the head mechanic telling me about my car and how my sensors are sensitive and how she’s only been working there for a month but trying to convince me they are good people ! I tell her My car has never done this before then she goes to say I should’ve bought a new car an puts me on the phone with the owner an he hung up on me while I’m explaining it’s a inconvenience for me to keep coming from Charlotte his employees are in my face blowing cigarette smoke if I could help anybody from wasting their time here please DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! They are for the money not for the people

Nice folks, and decent work. They only gave my wheels a tiny scratch each . Mounted my tires quickly but didn't balance them. You would think the quoted price is for mounting and balance.. but oh well. Was told that would be extra . And at that point I'm getting close to big box tire chain pricing . I didn't specify before or press the matter after. Not for nothing, they were reasonable considering I brought my own tires . So I only paid for the labor and the valve stems. Just wish they didn't pull the rug at the end. If you come here, i suggest you specify exactly what you want and expect. You must specify, Please mount, balance,replace valve stems,etc. Then ask for the out the door price. Other than that, I have no problem with their work.

Yesterday, I endured a very traumatic experience with my 12 month old in the car. I went to Econs to have two tires put on and the guy did not put any bolts on my front wheel leading to my tire rolling off on the highway and me wrecking my car. One of the employees lied about being the manger. $116 and kept my change. Manger latter claimed $5 was for scrap tire if that is true I should have been charged $116 plus an additional $10. My daughter was in the hot for several hours. This is sad!

I’ve always had great experiences with them. I’ve been coming here for years. They always have the tires that I need for my Ford Fusion. The tires that I have received here have always been in great condition. Recently, I brought in a new rim to be switched out with my cracked rim. They put the new rim on and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!
