Chris is a true master of his craft and clearly loves what he does. I took my 3.0L Audi A6 to him for a diagnosis and was very impressed. He took his time explaining what was going on with my car, and how to best keep it running great as long as possible. He doesn’t look at cars like a “job”, but rather as a passion. I highly recommend visiting him for any service, but especially if you drive a German car.

Yesterday, 12/12/24, Chris from European Automaster called and said my car a ( 1986 Saab Turbo 900) was ready. He had it for several weeks. Getting quality parts for it was a very high priority for him. He spent MANY hours searching overseas for these parts. Once he obtained the parts, installing them was also QUITE a challenge, but he succeeded! Needless to say it was a big challenge, but I think his heart was in it, as if it were his car.I am sooo grateful Chris was able to work on my treasured car! He did a FANTASTIC job! Chris and the folks at European Automasters are a delight to work with. Great communicators who care a ton about doing what’s right for our car. Very knowledgable on Volvos and helped us make the right choices for the age and value of the car. Pricing was fair and up front. BEST and MOST HONEST mechanic in the south! I have a 1974 Mercedes, Mr. Chris did the impossible, he repaired and made it running like it did 45 years ago. He solved and repaired all the problems with my antique Mercedes. He called all over and Germany for the correct parts. He called me on FaceTime when the car was on the lift to show me what some of the problems were. Such honesty, that it made me truly cherish his hard work and professional knowledge. I can't thank him enough for all he did to get this car working for me.

If your looking for an honest mechanic and great service this is the place! I was looking for a work truck and was struggling to find something reliable. I reached out to Chris and told him what I was looking for. I wanted a truck with low miles, 1-2 owners if possible and 4 wheel drive was a must. Chris worked with me for a few weeks checking the auctions until he found this 2015 Chevy Silverado. He called me as soon as he saw it. This truck was exactly what I was looking for. Chris took the time to also clean it and wash it before I arrived to pick it up. He was professional and worked with me until we found the truck that was just right for me. He did a full Inspection of the vehicle and made sure everything was in tip top shape. Chris was a pleasure to work with and his wife Nicole helped me with all the paper work so I didn't miss a beat with the bank or DMV. If you can't find the car your looking for, Chris will work with you and find it! Grateful to have a new and honest mechanic for any future events.

Chris has worked on three of our cars and every time he has fixed things no one else could fix, and always for a reasonable price. He knows that one car is driven by our daughter and he always mentions it, advising us on what is important “to keep her safe,” versus what could be postponed. He also offers parts ahead when he can, so his repairs are done efficiently. We don’t even live near his shop but it’s worth every mile we drive to have repairs done by someone who loves what he does and is so good at it!

I have seen this place for years and once I bought a BMW I was facing the travel up to Pineville or up to independence to get BMW service. I decided to call European auto master and talked with Chris and could tell right away He was extremely knowledgeable about all BMW’s. I decided to take my BMW There to get it serviced and I have to say the inside is absolutely beautiful and Chris takes his time and does everything very particular to make sure it is done right! Chris also pointed out some things on the car that I was unaware of. Extremely Nice! Extremely Knowledgeable! Fair Pricing! I recently purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 from Chris and Nicole, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Highly Recommend – European Auto Master in Rock Hill, SC While traveling three hours away from home, our BMW X5 suddenly displayed a check engine light and an error message. Being unfamiliar with the area, we searched for a trustworthy mechanic and came across European Auto Master in Rock Hill, SC. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we’re incredibly grateful we found them. The owner was not only extremely knowledgeable but also honest and kind. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening with the car, thoroughly checked it using his diagnostic computer, and found the issue. Despite spending time examining the vehicle and giving us peace of mind, he didn’t charge us a dime. He assured us the car was safe to drive back home and that we could take it to our regular mechanic once we returned. His hospitality, integrity, and professionalism truly stood out — especially to us, being strangers from out of town. If we lived in the Rock Hill area, this would absolutely be our go-to mechanic.
