There is an anything negative that I can say about Man Verses Machine. I like them from the very first time they helped me. I like the way they give me a quote, and I also like how they remind me when my appointment is. I consider them to be excellent mechanics and I completely trust them.

The receptionist was exceptional, i felt good coming into my apppointment. Fast forward to the appointment day, The issue is that i had no physical signs that my car need maintenance just a check engine light for my thermostat which again had no physical signs. The mechanic serviced the car and 3 hrs later my car is smoking uncontrollably. The very next day my car is over heating so bad to the point i was unable to drive and was stranded on the highway. I notice that my car is leaking water. And that the coolant housing is loose. I take it back to the shop on day 3 to find out my oil filter compartment has a leak… hmm. In total i paid over $700 in 3 days. I did not see physical signs of smoking or leaking before getting my car serviced, with that being said i would not recommend but do your own due diligence.

I used to take my car to King’a Garage, and one day I went to take my car and found that they had been replaced by Man Versus Machine. At first, I was disappointed, but that didn’t last long. I have since brought my car to them twice and have been very pleased with the quick service, reasonable prices, and kind staff that I encountered on both visits. Also, as a female, it’s easy to walk into a mechanic and feel overwhelmed and/or like you are going to be overcharged/have things done that weren’t necessary because you don’t know any better, but I have never felt this way here. Keep up the good work!

I heard very good things about this place but was disappointed with their customer service. The front desk person that was there when I dropped off my car was not the least bit pleasant or informative. The communication while they had my car was seriously lacking and the person we dealt with at pick up was again, not pleasant. My car is fixed and I am happy about that but they need to work on better communication with their clients and they need a better trained front desk/phone person.

WARNING-Be advised that I entrusted AAA to tow my vehicle to Man VS Machine for a head gasket replacement. Unfortunately, they exhibited tardiness in responding to my inquiries, primarily relying on text messages rather than phone calls. Furthermore, upon inspection, they informed me that the issue was not related to the head gasket, but rather my water pump, which needed to be replaced. I authorized them to carry out this work. Regrettably, during the time my vehicle was in their care, substantial damage was inflicted upon the hood of my car, likely caused by the reckless handling of chains or a similar object. When I inquired about this incident with Jessica, a representative of Man VS Machine, she assured me that she would bring it to the attention of the manager. However, despite multiple attempts, I have not received any response or resolution. Moreover, I provided photographs taken by AAA upon dropping off the vehicle, yet they remain unacknowledged. Disconcertingly, not only did they fail to complete the work I requested, but they also created additional issues. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, I discovered that the upgraded LED headlights were inexplicably blown out, while the driver side window switches now operate sporadically. Man VS Machine attempted to present this information as if it were an unexpected discovery, and subsequently quoted an additional $1300 to rectify the damage they caused. Furthermore, the windshield washer reservoir developed a leak. Consequently, they damaged the paint on the hood, destroyed the headlights, and compromised the windshield washer reservoir and pump. Regrettably, the harm they inflicted is comparable to the problems they purportedly resolved.
