Burns Chevrolet really said “let’s see how many wrong answers we can charge her for.” Paid them $4,500 less than a year ago to rebuild my transmission. Car starts acting up again—they say it’s the battery ($300). Still acts up. Now it’s the starter ($680). THEN they say it’s the torque converter. Got a second opinion? Torque converter’s fine. Transmission they “rebuilt”? Total trash. Needs replacing. And now these cowards won’t return my calls. This place is a masterclass in incompetence and gaslighting. If you like burning money and being lied to, Burns Chevy’s your spot. Otherwise? RUN.

The Great customer care was greatly appreciated . I was treated like a valuable customer throughout and My vehicle repair experience. It was done in a timely manor once approved by my extended warranty company collaboration. Many thanks to Mike and his team at Burns Chevy /Cadillac service department.✅👍🏽😃

$228 for oil change air filter and wiper blades! Won't be going back there for this service.

Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Pulled up, I was greeted, and in 5 minutes I drove into the bay, and they went to work. Everyone was respectful, and friendly, the pricing for the service is better than any fast lube company out there.

I have been doing business with Burns for over 16 years, and purchased my current car there. I went in yesterday to get an oil change and tires rotated. I was informed that the tire rotation would be an additional charge. I told the service tech that their special ad included tire rotation. All I got was a blank stare and told it was not included. AAA has a special of $69.95 including tire rotation. I paid $90.00 for less service.

Absolutely fantastic service. They're not trying to overcharge or oversell you with stuff you don't need.

Overall experience was ok. A little unorganized but the task at hand was taken care of. Walked in, no one even acknowledged that I was there. Granted they were busy but no one even stated that they would be with me in just a moment! I finally walked up to a window considering I did have an appointment where Mike seemed very frustrated that he had to assist me, by banging on the window to get my attention verses addressing me as Mame' or Miss. My back up camera was glitching in and out and when scheduling the appointment I asked the person scheduling my appointment if I needed to be dropped off or should I wait. She stated that I could wait because they would be able to diagnose the issue within a hour which was incorrect according to Mike, who immediately informed me that wasn't correct and seemed to aggravate him even more. I went to the lobby where I waited for 3 hrs patiently for Mike to come in to inform me that they made a call an hr ago to GM to figure out what was wrong with the backup camera, where was that update a hr ago. I was told that I needed to leave it and they would possibly know what was wrong by 5pm. I was picked up and received a call by 4pm to let me know they needed to keep the car. The car was kept over the weekend and a rental was provided which is ok, just the inconsideration of my time and the rudeness was very unprofessional.

The certified service side should take notes from the quick service side. I took my truck in for brakes and I stood in the bay and about 3 or 4 employees walked past without speaking. Which was odd because I was just the second customer in. But I saw one being personable with another customer. Then the person that helped didn’t greet me but rather just asked how could he help. I told him I need a brake inspection and he said it would be 183.00 but I could take it I the quick service side and they could do it for free. That was it. The only person in this morning that was personable was a tech who was joking about Clemson and SC with me. And he asked questions when I said something about brakes. I’m not going to assume why I didn’t get the same customer service as the other customer but what I can say is other than the quick lube, who is fantastic, I will not buy a truck or get any other service from there. If quick lube there can’t do it I will drive all the way to Charlotte to south blvd where I got it.

Brought in my 2019 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T for a minor installation request. The first thing I saw was immediate and prompt attention to my vehicle. A couple of techs inspected and installed as a team perfectly and made sure that I was happy and ready to roll! Their professionalism, expertise and quick turn around could not have been any better!

The young adults employed by Burns are extraordinary! They ensure you are educated on every detail of the service provided. And my 2021 "Buick Encore" named "Joy," and I appreciate the care they give her. As I was informed, we are going to be replacing her tires. I am working toward that immediately to do 2) replacement at a time. Thank you, guys! She will be taken care of ASAP! Mrs. Mary

Today was my second time at the drive thru service center for normal 5-7k service on my Chevy Silverado and Ford Explorer. No appointment needed, in and out in 30 minutes for a fair price.

The quick oil tire side is now shady. I have been dealing with Burns for years never had any issues. Make sure to pay attention to your itemized bill before you leave. They got over this time never again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Mostly incompetent and terrible at communication and service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Had our vehicle serviced here and they missed numerous issues we asked them to look at which ended up costing me a lot of money (as warrant expired on car while at their shop). To top off the incompetence of their service department, they didn't put back on the engine splash shield, so overpriced had to go buy a new one. Communication with them they want to blame the customer for anything they do wrong.... big sign of a bad business. Not once did they try to talk to me or make anything right. If you are looking for terrible service, incompetent people working on your car or poor communication with you from the dealership go to Burns Chevrolet/ Cadillac in Rock Hill. But, if you want good service, and not too be screwed over, go somewhere else!

Never a good time having car trouble, but Burns was fast, and effectively repaired our car's electrical system, explaining what went wrong. We were there for 3 hours, but they tested everything to make sure we were good to go, before we left. Crew was friendly and informative. Plenty of parking. Handicap access and a comfortable waiting area.

Burns Chevrolet has a fantastic collision service department! Erin was the best with all of the help and guidance she offered throughout my repair, it was top notch! They kept me in the loop on a weekly basis telling me an update as to what was going on with the parts for my vehicle and how it was coming. I was never left to wonder what was going on with my repair! They did a great job fixing my car. I pray I never need body work again, but if I do, Burns Chevrolet will be my go to. I required a rental car during the time my car was being fixed and Enterprise came and picked me up from Burns and brought me to their office and when I picked up my car after it was finished, I was able to leave the rental with Burns Chevrolet and Enterprise picked it up from there. It was an extremely easy and convenient process! A+++

I had my truck there for over 2 weeks and I went days without communication and my truck was receiving a rebuilt transmission and my text to me was I was getting a new transmission. There is a big difference to me. The service department never reached out to me and told me that they were in the process of contacting my warranty company. I sat silent for many days. I will say that when I did text Mike Glen he did responded immediately. I did have to bring it back because of a “rattling “ noise and the tech put it up on a lift and stated that he had left a bolt off of the heat shield and was wondering why he had an extra bolt left over. I still have an issue with a rattling noise coming from underneath my console. And the transmission still changes hard between first and second gear when it is cold. My warranty company got charged $4500.00 for a rebuilt transmission. I called Indianland transmission and was quoted $5,000 out of the door for a NEW transmission for my truck. I’ve searched around and a rebuilt transmission for my truck is not anywhere near $4500. The total bill for my rebuilt transmission was $7,150.00 WOW. Btw my truck is a 2017 4 cylinder automatic transmission and is blue booked for about the same price as a rebuilt transmission installed by the dealership.

The first service appointment for my new car went well. I only waited for about 10 minutes before getting into the service bay. The oil change, tire rotation, and overall check was done quickly. What pleasure for this to be complimentary!

I have never seen a place like this when I first purchased my 2013 Honda I was so excited working with Mrs.Tina she was very professional and respectful and help me so well Thank you so much Mrs. Tina!!!! My issue came in with Kathy H was my account manager she is very nasty disrespectful and unprofessional… My issue is that my car was hit by a deer she calling me about a payment but you can give me a update on the damages on my car.. I ask to speak to her supervisor she told me NO!!! given me attitude and she proceeded and hung up in my ear then I called back and ask her what was her problem and why is it that I can’t speak to her boss she tells me she is the boss when I say this woman has given me problems never seems to care about customers.. She send me threatening emails about them coming to pick up the car and I’m pretty sure that is not the right procedure on how you handle business… She try to talk over you not even caring about anything you say.. When I’m late making a payment it feels like she add extra fees that doesn’t add up like she’s pocketing money taking advantage because she’s the “ACCOUNT MANAGER” and she’s the boss this is the worst buy here pay here place… It’s been two weeks I have been without my car and Kathy H has none nothing to update me on the status on my car but she called about money I’m very clear that a payment is due but you proceed and not giving me a update date but you want my money but I have no car!!!! Then she tells me looking at pictures that the car is total but she’s no insurance adjuster then she proceeded to say that the deductible is 500$ if the car is totaled why am I paying a deductible? I will be definitely contacting corporate or whoever is in charge!

Ref the Quick Service Line...great work but I was there roughly an HOUR and a half from the time I pulled up! (your entry time is posted up on the screen) All bays were full when I pulled up, but they weren't "backed up". Maybe it was just a bad day. Also, there is a dude (who works there) walking around in there with a VAPE in his mouth. REALLY? I guess the huge "no smoking" signs don't apply to VAPES.
