I walked in store was basically ignored. I asked associate could he help me with the screws for my license plate. He told me the isle. I asked him could he check by vin he insisted that all were "universal" (which they were not!) So I grab them and walk to his register and he shooed me off to the next counter to another associate (which was rude). I tell him my situation and he basically was racist telling me if they don't fit I can't bring back. Never checked my car vin and didnt care to do so Customer Service Skills lacked and the deliberate act of racism was what I received. I walked out with no purchase. Went up street to Advanced Auto with Pep Boys and received the best customer service ever. Those guys gave me the correct respect ever! The men at this autozone location are lazy and racist. The way I was treated was not surprising. Do not go here if you are a black woman you will be disrespected. You are supposed to treat your customers with respect not basically turning them away because you don't want to do your job.

I have to say thank you to Dave, who installed my battery while running the store by himself today! He was efficient while taking care of all his customers, and friendly while doing it. Shout out to this store! I went in tonight with a headlight issue. The manager (I apologize for not catching his name) not only helped me figure out what the problem was but replaced the headlight bulb for me. He took his time and was extremely thorough in making sure the bulb was the issue. I truly appreciate what he did, knowing that he didn't have to. He could have sold me the bulb and sent me on my way. It's nice to know there are still good people willing to help in this world! This is why I remain a repeat Autozone customer. Thx again for all you did!

Walked in, wasn’t even greeted. Saw an older gentleman standing in front of the counter with a cane. I’m having battery trouble. He didn’t even give me any solutions just said “caint do it”…I said “well why not”… “ ‘s raining”… okay? I’ve had my battery checked in the rain before but way to leave me stranded my guy. He needs a serious lesson in customer service. And if you dont want to be there just say so, dont treat people like you “caint” be bothered. Edit to add- I went to O’Rileys and they tested my battery, which was dying. And got my business for a new one

When I went in to ask for help there was a girl two older gentlemen and a young man the young man come out but was no help he didn't know what to do only thing I was asking is about transmission fluid the girl turned around and walked off as I was talking I got some transmission fluid and they told me they did not have no funnels there is no customer service in friendliness they act like they did not want to be bothered will not go back

Great place to get all types of parts for any car you drive! I have saved so much money buying from AutoZone and completing projects myself! (Within my skill set of course). This would have been zero stars if possible. Purchased a 2 year warrantied battery about 8 mths ago. Had been having issues with car not starting so took it to my mechanic thinking it must be something else because the battery is almost new. Nope, professional mechanic tested and battery was bad. Took it to AZ to have them honor warranty and swap it out. Nope, high guy said it was testing good so they would not replace. My new battery is from Napa and Auto Zone will never get any of my business again. Ever!

Came in rainy day ask if I could get some assistance with the free testing for my battery. The guy immediately looked at my car and said he couldn’t help because he couldn’t remove anything.. I have been to other locations and they were able to assist. I come to this particular location and the guy refused to help then once I told him how he could connect without moving anything he proceed to lie and say oh it’s not reading. My 1st time at this location and I will not be returning. Poorly customer service
