If I can give 0 I will. I bought my car at the Gurley Leep Nissan. So I thought it might be a wise decision to drop my car at the collision center for repair after an accident. I dropped my car there at January 21st, and today is March 6th! It has been 46days and I still didn’t get my car back. The estimator told me there is a backordered part. Well, they didn’t tell me that when they start to do the repair. Instead they told me that when the promised date was passed. Now I am paying for a rental car, since they don’t give me a loaner car. Be aware of the back order parts issue.

Gurley Leep to me has always been a standard bearer in auto service and now I can say the exact same thing about their collision/body shop. Ran into some delays due to weather conditions, explained my situation (rental car fees and such) and they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to have my car completed before week's end. On top of all that, I am certain they actually cleaned the interior of my car. Not necessary, not expected but completely appreciated. If anything is wrong with your car, it makes funny noises or has a dent? Gurley Leep automotive group will take care of your problem, it may cost a little more than anyone else but as I state to my friends it is worth it for the PIECE OF MIND that everything was done RIGHT the first time.

My car was in for repair after an attempted vehicle theft. I received a voice-mail stating to pick up my vehicle before 6P on a Friday before the Christmas weekend. I turned in my rental car and was there at 5:15P, go find the entire shop closed up. Gurley Leep left me without a vehicle for the entire Chrismas weekend. I also found my vehicle UNLOCKED in the lot after the whole reason it was there was for an attempted vehicle theft. Victimized twice on this incident. Thanks Gurley Leep and enjoy the your Holidays... Update**** Monday morning, I received an apology. My car was quickly cleaned up and a free service was offered. Although the time will never be replaced the sincere apology was appreciated.

I have had my previous car fixed here. And I believe Zach helped me and my experience was really good. However I recently my new car got hit and I took it there because of my past experience. There wasa a rep name Amy who helped me and I had the most terrible experience. While inspecting my vehicle she asked me "what was my story behind the damage", I felt like I was being judged of some kind of fraud. There was no positive intent and she was keep pointing out things that the insurance will not cover this and that. However I went to a Caliber collisions they contacted progressive got everything worked for me with no hassale and did not disrepect me at all like Amy. Never going there again.

They told me over the phone they would work with me and make this a seamless repair process. Lady on the phone sates “Bring it in to get a supplement submitted to insurance, order parts, and then I could bring it back just for the duration of the actual repair process.” I think great this is exactly what I need, so I make an appointment and miss half a day of work to get an estimate. I get there for my estimate and I’m told “that’s not how it works, they need the car there even while it’s not being worked on”. This is a classic case of bait and switch. Don’t waste you’re time like I did if you can’t afford to leave your vehicle here for an unspecified amount of time- subject to parts back order, or anything else that could delay the process such as staffing shortages. I don’t know why a body shop would like cars awaiting repairs sitting all over their lot when they’re drivable, but it makes me wonder if Hertz & Enterprise have any say in that, or what the motivation for that could be considering it very negatively impacts their customers. After purchasing many vehicle from Gurley Leep, I am officially done as I can no longer trust them.

I would give negative stars if I could. My grandson Blake Hoese picked up his car today. We had filled the gas tank just before the accident on January 11. The gas tank was full when it was tiwed to Gurley Leep after the accident. The gas tank was empty. Only had 8 miles to get to a gas station! Did someobe syphon it?? I lnow it could not be driven due to the front end damahe! What the heck??? Very disappointing. Gurley Leep use to have a stellar reputation. We dealt with Tyler. It took over 5 weeks to fix it the vehicle.

Had front bumper on our 2011 GMC Yukon repainted as it has been peeling for a few years now. Everything looks great but it’s only been a few days hoping it will last for years to come. Estimate was almost accurate but had to add on fog lights since getting damaged while taking bumper off. All in all very happy with job done would recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE, SHODDY WORK, NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, YOU WILL REGRET IT! My wife and I took her Honda Ridgeline in to have a rear bumper cover replaced after a minor accident. Terrible, shoddy work, the truck was dirty inside and out. The tech caused a wiring problem in the removal and installation. The bumper cover was removed and looked like it had been drug access the concrete. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ! DO NOT BELIEVE WHEN THEY RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY TRANSACTION! THEY DO AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT RIPPING PEOPLE AND THE INSURANCE OUT OF $$$$!! If I could give negative stars I would!

My vehicle was put back together VERY sloppily after getting some body/paint work done. I even got it back with a brand new ding on the other side. This was our third time using Gurley Leep, and have never had such a bad experience before - not sure why so many things were overlooked. I will not be going back.

Cory Ford is an outstanding Shop manager. Had an issue with our 23 Santa Fe rear door trim hitting the front door trim. The service department was unable to repair the issue. I stopped in the body shop for help and due to policy and procedures, my request for help suddenly fell off the tracks. That’s when Cory stepped in. After assessing my vehicle, Cory asked me to come back Wednesday morning, and he will get right on it. True to his word, he had my issue resolved within a half an hour. The service department had my car for 4 days. Granted, I had other work done, but still couldn’t get the door contact corrected. It’s a 50 minute drive, one way, for us to get to Gurley Leep. But well worth the drive when you know there are Professionals like Cory Ford waiting for you. I highly recommend Gurley Leep Hyundai body shop.

Car went in for repair after hitting a deer. Was there well over the time the guy told me it would be. I called almost every week and it kept getting pushed back. Got the car back and drove it five minutes home and the whole thing burned down with the fire starting exactly where they repaired it because they replaced wires. They paid out to my insurance but negligence caused this.
