Took an entire month to make repairs. Meanwhile, I would receive updates through text messages telling me my car was ready, but when I’d call to make sure, they’d tell me that the text was inaccurate and my car wasn’t actually ready. This went on for 4 weeks. I actually received a text message week three thanking me for picking up my car, which I find rather ridiculous. I always had to be the one to call to get an update, as no one ever reached out to me, and there was always something dragging the repair out. I had to find transportation for a month..A MONTH!
Also, I’ve noticed that my fob has been acting funny since I have had my vehicle back, so I’m not sure if that’s something from them or not, but I would never choose them again. The cost you ask? Absurd! Minor damages, but they charged my insurance $6,000! Actually, the original costs were closer to $10,000, but my insurance refused that and they lowered it. Unbelievable.

We had a great experience with the repairs of our 2023 Honda CRV. Kevin dealt effectively with the insurance company of the driver who caused the damage. We appreciated his help in discovering the hidden damage, getting these repairs done and the car is back to new! I will add that I also used Gurley Leep Collision Express for car repairs a few years ago and they did a great job then!

They told me over the phone they would work with me and make this a seamless repair process. Lady on the phone sates “Bring it in to get a supplement submitted to insurance, order parts, and then I could bring it back just for the duration of the actual repair process.” I think great this is exactly what I need, so I make an appointment and miss half a day of work to get an estimate. I get there for my estimate and I’m told “that’s not how it works, they need the car there even while it’s not being worked on”. This is a classic case of bait and switch. Don’t waste you’re time like I did if you can’t afford to leave your vehicle here for an unspecified amount of time- subject to parts back order, or anything else that could delay the process such as staffing shortages. I don’t know why a body shop would like cars awaiting repairs sitting all over their lot when they’re drivable, but it makes me wonder if Hertz & Enterprise have any say in that, or what the motivation for that could be considering it very negatively impacts their customers. After purchasing many vehicle from Gurley Leep, I am officially done as I can no longer trust them.

I have had my previous car fixed here. And I believe Zach helped me and my experience was really good. However I recently my new car got hit and I took it there because of my past experience. There wasa a rep name Amy who helped me and I had the most terrible experience. While inspecting my vehicle she asked me "what was my story behind the damage", I felt like I was being judged of some kind of fraud. There was no positive intent and she was keep pointing out things that the insurance will not cover this and that. However I went to a Caliber collisions they contacted progressive got everything worked for me with no hassale and did not disrepect me at all like Amy. Never going there again.

My vehicle was put back together VERY sloppily after getting some body/paint work done. I even got it back with a brand new ding on the other side. This was our third time using Gurley Leep, and have never had such a bad experience before - not sure why so many things were overlooked. I will not be going back.

My car was in for repair after an attempted vehicle theft. I received a voice-mail stating to pick up my vehicle before 6P on a Friday before the Christmas weekend.
I turned in my rental car and was there at 5:15P, go find the entire shop closed up. Gurley Leep left me without a vehicle for the entire Chrismas weekend. I also found my vehicle UNLOCKED in the lot after the whole reason it was there was for an attempted vehicle theft. Victimized twice on this incident. Thanks Gurley Leep and enjoy the your Holidays...

Monday morning, I received an apology. My car was quickly cleaned up and a free service was offered. Although the time will never be replaced the sincere apology was appreciated.

Employee backed out of a parking spot into the middle/back passenger side of my SUV when I was driving in the parking lot to get an oil change, now they are trying to tell me it could have been either of our fault and we each have to pay for our own repairs! Done doing any type of business with this place 😡

No transparency with repairs. Told me it would be done many times and failed to meet deadlines. Called to talk to manger and was told he doesn’t have time to deal with me. All and all wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here. To 4weeks to get 10hrs worth of work done. Unacceptable
