Went in and got 2 new tires. The stem on one was worn and ended up with another flat the next morning. Took it back in to be repaired and they charged me another $20 for something that was their fault. I'll never return to this establishment and I'll also not refer anyone to this eat.

Gustavo sold me the wrong sized tire and won’t refund it back to me and I only drove it back to the shop and no further. He tried to sell me 3 more tires versus giving me my $160 back. I’m so disappointed. Very very bad business. If anyone needs a brand new tire, I have one that I can’t use! 😓

Increased the price AFTER job was done, when expressed my discomfort his only response was "we can undo the job" not even "sorry for the inconvenience". And then said he DOES NOT LIKE WORKING WITH LATINOS. Price wasn't unreasonable but horrible service. I'd never return or recommend it to anyone.

I went in late on a Saturday to get my 2 front tires replaced. Got my vehicle home and noticed a leak in one of the tires. By the time I noticed they were closed. Went back in Monday and they made it right with no extra charge. Great service and really understanding people!

These guys can always help me out. They don't always have exactly the tire you need if you drive a truck, but they'll slap something together for you to get you roadworthy if you have a flat or similar emergency. $40 for a used tire is better than $120+ for a wrecker! Give them some heads up and they can really help you out. I don't go anywhere else for tires. They'll also do some routine maintenance, but you have to bring any needed parts or fluids with you. They do take some cards, but you should bring cash because the machine is a bit unreliable. Always fast and friendly service at Gustavo's!

He usually gets me back on the road for fairly cheap, and pretty quick... The tire is never the exact size I ask for ... But it never hurts anything... Just a little bit taller or whatever... He knows what he's doing.

They put the wrong size tire on my car because they said it was the only one close they had.... Not I'm sorry we don't have what your asking for!! Ended up buying another tire 3 days later when that one blew out! Again! They were fast though. Just isn't as good when the product isn't what you asked for.

I always go here to have my tire pressure checked because I'm really bad at putting the right amount of air in. Luckily when I went in today they saw that one of my tires was showing belts on the inside edge. I asked them to put 4 new ones on and they were done in 20 minutes. Excellent service and nice people all around.

Put the wrong size tires on and when I got home 7 minutes away it was ALREADY FLAT. Called them to speak to the owner and the little kid who works there lied and said the owner was speaking to me as if I can’t tell the difference between a 12 year old talking and an adult. Then they tried to blame the flat tire on me. Took it back the next day and they tried to claim that they were not the ones to put the wrong size tires on. Had a little kid running the store and would just lie and lie. Got my money back after a whole process and now I tell every single person I know to NEVER spend a PENNY at this place. HORRIBLE. Giving this place even one star makes me sick. ZERO STARS

WORST place I've ever been to!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called ahead and asked if they had the right size used tires, and they said yes. I told them what size I needed again when I got there. They still managed to put on the wrong size, and a woman and a CHILD put them on! I didn't realize they gave me the wrong size until I got home and they were closed. When I called back, the only option given was ordering new ones for double the price! When I called back and said that wouldn't work because I could new ones cheaper elsewhere, the owner REFUSED to match that price, and raised his voice, spoke over me, and tried to rush me off the phone! He also said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. DON'T EVER GO THERE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHERE THEY DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES, AND THEY HAVE CHILDREN WORKING FOR THEM!!!

Had a flat on my inside dually and saw this place out of the corner of my eye. Fast and happy to get it done. The only reason I gave 4 star is because I asked for the tire pressure to be set at 65psi as the other 3 tires and he inflated to 50psi. Maybe an oversight but I still would use him again...

My experience was awful. They stripped 4 of my lug studs; 2 locking lug nuts & 2 regular lug nuts. They didn't tell me they did, I noticed they did & asked about it. They had the audacity to blame either me or another tire company. The owner wouldn't reimburse me for the parts needed to fix it; the fixing I would end up doing myself since I no longer trusted them to do a fix job when they botched the main job. This was my awful experience.

Went in for a tire rotation quoted at $25. AFTER the job was complete (took 5 minutes), he told me I owed him $40. The shop was full of men and I can only assume he (the owner did my rotation) knew how easily he could take advantage of a young woman. I gave him $40 cash because I had a feeling I was not going to win that fight. Disappointed in the lack of morality at this shop.

Got some new tires and my oil changed, and they offered me some repair work, said that they do payment plans. Cool! So I get some work done on my engine, and essentially they did nothing. Hacked together a fix for my engine mounts, didn't even actually acquire the proper parts. Here's the kicker: while my car was on their lot, my catalytic converter was stolen. Put in a police report, of course nothing was done. No footage or cameras apparently. Not to mention the fact that this "payment plan" ended up being 700 dollars more than I was quoted for. I ask Gus what's up with this price? I'm told by him and the young mother who works the front that oh yeah, give it a couple weeks and the price will be corrected. Not gonna make that mistake again. So here I am with a loan that's about double what I was told I would pay, and no catalytic converter, and to top it all off, on the way to another mechanic who would actually keep my car safe, my oil light comes on. They didn't even change my oil lol. Basically, I'm a very gullible guy. At least I was back when this happened. Can't wait for this place to become a parking lot, or maybe an IHOP. Steer very, VERY clear of this place, and don't believe a word that anyone might tell you otherwise. Especially from anyone who is involved with this business.

Bent the chrome hubcap on my truck and was indifferent about it.still charged full price and didn't offer to correct it. Wouldn't want to do business with them again. He knew he did this and would not talk about it. Wish there were negative stars I would give 5.

I had my car towed to Walmart after calling and being assured they had 15 tires to fit my car. My tire blew and apparently it is Walmart policy to be able to drive into the bay. The tow truck dropped my car and Walmart told me I had to put the spare tire on myself or call and have my car towed somewhere else. I put the spare on myself after a very long hard struggle because they refused to help me at all. Pulled my car up to the bay only to be told while they watched me change my tire they sold all 15 tire’s and no longer had one to go on my car. I drove over to Gustavo’s it was already closed and the employees were leaving so I was going to go home and try again later. A young man came out and asked what was wrong I told him I needed a tire he opened up the shop and was very kind about helping me. They got me a tire for a good price even though they were closed. I’m very grateful for them after my horrible experience at Walmart…..(The pictures are of me having to change my own tire in front of the Walmart bay because they refused to help.)
