Their expensive. They quoted me about $600 just for a part not even labor. I called the dealership who I thought was the most expensive person I could go to and the whole job is more than $200 cheaper than just the part.

My 2016 Chevy Cruze had the check engine light on. I call at 7:10am to see if they could check it. They said sure and if they can't fix it they wouldn't charge me. The codes need the dealers attention. They clear the codes out and didn't charge me. I was there 10 minutes. Nice people and quick.

Made an appointment for a Audi Q7 inspection and when I showed up they didn't have what is needed to do the emissions test. While walking out I told my wife what a waste of time that was and the owner came out and told me not to be disrespectful. Anyway, he wanted to fight with me and I told him to go for it. He calmed down a little and told me not to come back - no worries there.

Great experience the whole way around. No hassle. They do good quality work. If you find someone who will undercut the work by a few dollars it is not worth it for the hassles that can come along with it. They have great prices to begin with but retain the quality and knowledge most shops don't have in the area. They take care of your stuff, mount tires without marking the rims up, and don't try to oversell you things you don't need. Cory the manager keeps everything in order and moving.

We were on our way from vacation passing through PA going back home to upstate NY when we went over a piece of metal and got a flat tire. We call every place in the area and no one had the tire we needed for our truck. H&F was only place closer that had the tire. Laurie & Maurice were great as well as other staff there. They took the time to help us and get us back in Road ASAP. The price was also good. We are very satisfied and grateful for their service. I will definitely will recommend this place

Tried best to support long-standing small business but with their recent state inspections and oil change rates being higher than manufacturer dealership rates, I need to look elsewhere. You go around the corner to another small shop in the city, they'll be at 50% of the H&F cost, which is critical to being competitive in the area. I've been fond of their care on the tire/wheel aspect for the past few years but will need to proceed cautiously or look elsewhere next time. Tried to reason on the prices but all mentioned was that this is out of their control.
