Nice guy running the front, but I found it very rude that he helped the person behind me first, forcing me to wait like 15 minutes to just pickup my car. Instead of assuming I’m with the person behind me, you should probably ask. To add insult to injury, the guy didn’t even apologize. I then had to wait for the other customer to move their car because they parked literally right behind mine, blocking me in. Furthermore, on a later date I called for an estimate on changing the motor mounts on my car. The guy said he’d call me back. It’s been almost 2 months since I called. This is unacceptable. The first time I came here was to pickup my mother’s car and then this time I was trying to give them business since they’re a couple minutes away from me. I recommend that people go elsewhere.

I was referred to H&H Auto Repair from my stepfather who goes there all the time. They treated me like family and we're very thorough and quick about getting my truck fixed. Walked out to my car one morning to see that it was leaking gasoline all over my condo’s parking lot. I called around all over town to see who was willing to repair it. Every shop I called said that they couldn’t do the repair due to policy or because of the types of tools they had around their shop stating that a complete replacement of the gas tank was the only option. H & H is the only place to tell me to bring it in. I was driving my car the next day with no leak to speak of. Very friendly down to earth staff that were extremely helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the greater Seattle area. 10/10.

These guys are very personable and friendly. As I watched these guys work with all their customers, I noticed that the customers are very happy with the quality of work they did for them and they appreciate their helpfulness & friendliness. It's refreshing to see that in this industry cause many people have fear of going to an auto mechanic for many different reasons. My car wouldn't start so I had it towed to H&H. I made the choice to send my landcruiser there since my fiance has been happy with the work they have done on his van in the past. It didn't take long to figure out and fix what was wrong with my car and the repair cost was super reasonable. The mechanic even removed my junky fog lights that didn't work free of charge. That was really sweet of him. I am really happy the service I received and will continue to use H&H Auto Repair for all my auto repair needs from here on out =]]

My daughter takes her car here for anytime she needs something done. They're always super helpful, great prices, usually speedy, and very professional. Only downside, or sometimes a good thing, they usually don't make appts, so you can bring in anytime, but sometimes have to wait an extra day to get done, if it's a big job. Next time I need work done, I'll definitely be taking it here!

Needed some work done on my car so based on all the good reviews I decided to give these guys a call to get a quote. No answer but according to all the reviews this place is busy because they're so good so I leave a message. Two and a half hours go by with no call back. No biggie, I live close by so I'll stop in on my way to work. Gave my info to a mechanic while someone in the office was saying "yea I got the message I wrote down the info". Mechanic takes my phone number and says they'll call me. That was Tuesday morning, it's Thursday night as I write this and I never heard from them. I guess they don't need any more business?

Went in because 2017 Equinox (new to me 3 months ago) was making a loud ticking noise when accelerating. Discovered it was 3 quarts low on oil. I was only 1200 miles from full oil with another 2000 miles to go before oil change. They had me in and out the door in less than an hour. No unnecessary work or upsells. VERY reasonable price! And, learned something important about my vehicle! Definitely a GREAT shop and will be returning!! VERY happy customer! THANKS, H and H!! Took my prized 1995 Mitsubishi VR4 here to help me sort a boost leak. The staff was very polite and quickly diagnosed the issue as a rear bank spark plug that wasn't fully seated. The repair was done perfectly and probably added about 20 hp. I would highly recommend H&H for any type of auto work.

I dropped off my van, 3000.00 dollars later the water pump was not fixed. Aaa dropped my van off. 6 months later they said pick it up. Water pump not repaired. I had to leave it again, 350.00 later it was fixed. They didn’t listen to what needed to be fixed tabs expired and they put me behind. Worst service I’ve received in my life. I have receipts and service receipts to prove it. Van was green with mold.tweeker seem to have free range in their parking lot
