After 6-month review. Car ended up being in the shop for more than 2 weeks after day of scheduled appointment. First signs of distrust and lack of due diligence. Mechanic called to replace rear suspension airbags due to car sitting on bump stop. Upon pickup, car still on bump stop; mechanic claimed it was normal. Insisted on checking, discovered leaking airbag (new). Assured all parts were OEM, but airbags and CV axel provided were not, can’t confirm bearings. The mark up on these non-OEM parts are insane. Dean, the owner, made his best attempts to address my concerns. I prefer not to step beyond my expertise, but simple mistakes like those mentioned will raise more questions and concerns. I’m not sure if was taken advantage of or poor communication from Tammy.
