Wanted to charge $593 for only a battery and labor for a GMC Buick encore. When I questioned the price of the parts they said this was the ONLY battery made for my car. Giving the impression they could not find a more affordable price. Meanwhile, next door, Advanced Auto was quoting $214 with install included. Price gauging? The service and team were friendly but will certainly take advantage of individuals when given the chance.

I dont even have the energy at this point to explain the shenanigans of my groupon and oil change situation (personal and not due to this location) with my car. Let's just say I have had an experience lol. HOWEVER, what I do have the energy for is giving a huge shout out to the team (especially Fabio and Justin) here. They took a stressful situation and not only made me feel better but educated me. They offered support and guidance for my future oil changes and worked with me and pricing because the groupon actually didnt cover the type of filter my car takes. As a woman, I usually have an aversion to mechanic shops because they will make up issues for your car and then nickel and dime you on the cost. Ill leave it at this: Customers-do yourself a favor and bring your car here; Owner of this shop-praise and applaud the guys you chose to work for you because they are truly a blessing.

Great customer service from entrance, for an oil change, with warm and friendly greeting by Nicole. And when time came for recommended services, instead of a hard push for numerous issues, I was asked and not harassed. One negative was when paying my bill with cash, I was asked to pay with a card a couple of times. I then informed him I was waiting for new card due to card info stolen, he then apologized and expressed he was sorry that happened. Overall was a good visit.

Went back in May for grinding brakes. Ended up having to take out a $3000 loan to get the services we needed. Last week, we started to hear the same grinding that we thought we had taken care of. Not only did this place get us into a predatory loan ($7000 in total with principle and interest), they used the cheapest quality parts to make a pretty penny! Do not go to this Meineke!

A few months ago I had my brakes pad replaced and last week a motorist pulled up beside me to inform me that my rear tire looked as though it was about to fall off. Sure enough the lug bolts were loose and one threads were stripped. Meineke would not make good on the repair because their argument was that the wheel did not fall off sooner. The heck with I could have had an accident and harmed myself or another motorist. The wheel bolt did not strip itself and the service was not what I paid for.

These guys are always digging in your pockets. Beware of the additional recommended work and get second opinions. I recommend you get tires and oil changes here. Also there promo for $79.99 oil change is more like $120

The front staff was nice and the advisor was very knowledgeable and I like doing business with mid size companies. I have a Toyota that I love and I wanna keep it and I’m gonna do the preventative maintenance steps that are recommended by Toyota but I don’t think I wanna do it at a dealership anymore. It’s just way overpriced so probably we will be back Some other services probably start out with oil change and tire rotation. See how it goes.

I wouldn’t recommend going here if you are a woman or someone who doesn’t know much about the price of fixing cars. They tried to charge me $3000 for services that I was able to get done for about $350 at a different mechanic. They are very friendly but I felt taken advantage of. If it’s your only option they are easy to work with, but I would recommend going somewhere else.

I was super impressed with this location. I went in for a flat tire and was able to get my oil changed along with a few other services. The technicians are knowledgeable and my wait time was swift. I wanted to add more to this review since I paid this location a second visit for another flat tire. The Meineke staff were friendly and the auto technician was quick to fix my tire. I’ll continue to come to this location for all of my car needs and would recommend it for anyone who wants excellent service.

There are no words to describe this place, it’s the Person who TRULY loves what he does, very dedicated in what he does. But most importantly, is how he treats, and cares deeply about his customers. His disposition never changes. I see why people will travel where ever he’s located because there’s absolutely no one like him. I even asked him, are you Real or am I being Punked🤔. If I could leave zero stars, I would they broke my windshield refused to admit fault when they told me to contact company headquarters they said that I was in the parking lot for 40 minutes even though they have me on camera going back inside the store talking to the front desk attendant multiple times, not standing in the parking lot when I finally got in front of the store manager he was upset that I was claiming one of his employees intentionally damaged my windshield, which was not the case. Long story short, I did not get paid for my windshield. I had to replace it myself. There were pictures of when I gave them the car with no broken windshield and then when I got it back, it was broken. I do not recommend them. Their prices are a bit higher than other places. Not only that, but I just realized when I change my old day these incompetent people put too much oil in my car.

I recently visited this auto shop for a routine oil change and was unexpectedly informed that I needed emergency brake repairs. As a single woman who frequently drives and is often frustrated by the constant need for repairs, this was quite unsettling. I had just changed my brakes three months ago, so needing them replaced again was surprising. However, the manager was very reassuring and helpful.
