I’ve been a die hard fan of this establishment for a few years now. That was until today. I’m a teacher and it’s hard for me to get things done after work. I called Queen City Auto Repair on Wednesday 5/31 to ask how late can I come on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. I explained I’m a teacher and I would be there at 4:00pm Friday 6/1. The gentleman responded “sounds good”. On Friday 6/1 I called Queen City Auto Repair at 2:30pm to ensure it could still come at 4:00pm Friday 6/1. The woman on the phone said that was fine. I arrived at 4:00pm Friday 6/1 and the woman I spoke to on the phone was at the front the desk. I recognized her voice. I was happy because I was sure she would remember. She acted so confused and stated it’s just too late in the day. I’ve come in 30 minutes before closing and one of the men understood I was a teacher trying my best to honor their time. He was nice enough to service me. That was the main reason I loved Queen City Auto Repair. Today left a horrible taste in my mouth. The woman behind the counter was so rude and not helpful at all.

Gloria at the front desk was great! I booked an appointment for my wife's car for an evaluation of the suspension, but through some miscommunication, she thought it was an Acura, not an Audi. When we arrived and discovered the issue, they don't work on European cars, she immediately called the shop next door, CLT Euroworks, and got us connected to them. She went above and beyond to help us out.

Queen City Auto is awesome. I have used there services twice and I was pleased each time. The second time I had multiple things wrong with my car. When I tell you they got me back up and running again, and it didn't take too long. They are professional and very reasonable. The work is quality. They explain what was done to make you knowledgeable and aware. They even did extra work to my car that wasn't in the plan. Now that's going over and beyond. Go check them out. Ms. Gloria ain't no joke! She's a straight up no nonsense person. I will be a repeat customer and will refer as well. Thank you again Ms. Gloria. I'm all smiles now.

I called the shop on a Monday at 8 and was told to bring my Toyota right over. They had all my information and the whole drop off process was so easy. My car was back in a week after repairs. It was washed and looking spiffy. The ladies at the front are wonderful Pam is super helpful and they explained everything to me. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Listen, I am writing this review from my car. I said I will not leave until I write this.. This establishment was definitely a god send ! My car was leaking coolant and I needed an entire heater hose assembly replaced ! Mr barry, and his family were nothing short of amazing ! Customer service terrible. The woman can’t show respect over the phone. There’s no way I would even consider getting my car fixed here. Response: Lady you must be delusional! To say I was upset about a price is diabolical. The price you told me was a little over $100 like be honest with yourself. Woman I NEVER SAID the price was too high so you have the wrong person. That was the lowest price I was told. It was your attitude and your customer service that was terrible. You have a blessed day & humble yourself!!

I brought my Jeep in for diagnostics and repair. I heard some squealing so I checked under my hood. I actually thought I had a coolant leak because my tank was dry. I topped it off at home but still heard squealing. I believed I had a slow leak somewhere that I couldn’t find. I brought my vehicle in and funny enough, I was way off. (Embarrassed, lol) The mechanic discovered that I needed my breaks replaced. The squealing was from pins being rusted and frozen!! He showed me the parts when I picked my Jeep up. Great service!! Great communication from both the mechanic as well as the lovely woman at the front desk. Will go back for sure!!

Highly Recommend! I had some minor damage to my engine splash shield. I went on a Thursday afternoon just to see if it was something that could be a quick repair or if it was something that would need to be replaced. Without hesitation, the kind lady that met me outside as I pulled into the parking lot, welcomed me in and they were able to quickly repair my engine shield.
