Great customer service. They resolved all issues in a timely manner. The prices of products and services are much cheaper compared to other companies.

Came to get my tire inspected (there was a nail in it) and was charged $60 for a tire plug. I feel like that is an absurd price for a simple tire plug— I later found out that Discount Tire does them for free! :/

They wouldn’t rotate my tires because they stated that there was side damage on all of my tires and they offered me a new set of tires for $700. These tires that I have are practically new.

I had a flat tire and was able to roll right into the shop . One of the mechanics jumped up and started to help me . The lady in the front was very nice and super helpful aswell . They got me in and out in literally less than 25 minutes . If I would have gone to the Honda dealer they would have taken hours . Thank u guys are the best !!

Summary: Rating this place five stars because they care about fixing your car issues, even if they’re not the ones doing the repair and profiting. They are still a business with highly skilled technicians. I came in for a state inspection and they found that one of the tail lights was out. I was quoted $54 for the replacement. The bulb retails for $25. If you include a parts up-charge and labor the $54 is completely reasonable. The reviews that complain about cost have clearly never considered what it takes to booth run a business and employ highly skilled employees. While on-site I listened to Rachel, the manager, handle several calls where she did an amazing job at consulting customers who clearly were not going to come in for a repair, still giving them all of the information they could need to not get taken advantage of elsewhere. She never once urged them to come in. Additionally, she understands the current need for budget friendly solutions, and in another interaction, without prompting, offered both lower end and high end option quotes to another customer. Yes defective parts are a reality in any manufacturing process, which is why warranties exist. Also, it baffles me how someone can think that their “custom tire key” is unique and a professional shop would need to ask them for what is clearly a standard piece of equipment. This place cares about making sure you’re taken care of, and that is is the mark of a good and trustworthy business.

I have driven past this location for a long time, not knowing that great auto repair people are here! Stopped one day for some air in the tires and after a conversation, entrusted our mobile office van to them for new tires, front end alignment and back brakes. Excellent job well done with only a $100 deposit down. Work was done quickly and efficiently. If I could tell you how much better our van drives and how much safer I feel on the road! This will be the local repair shop for Project 70Forward and our personal vehicles from now on!

I’ve been seeing Meinke for the past few years. From my work van to my personal vehicle, Meinke has never steered me wrong. They are punctual, have attention to detail, and are overall very friendly. They have saved my work van from the horrors of Valvoline at Southend. This is a team I completely trust and will continue to give my business to.

I received a “23 point inspection” in early October where part of it is supposedly going over your breaks but then in mid November I had to take my car in after hearing metal on metal friction coming from my breaks which then I was told they needed to be completely replaced on my rear tires costing me 920 dollars. I drive a small 2010 Nissan Versa. I was told then if I had taken it in sooner and had my breaks checked they could have done it cheaper. Don’t trust their 23 point inspection it’s just a cash grab to see where they can charge you for extra things without actually thoroughly inspecting what’s important. Probably won’t be going back except for maybe oil changes.

I was directed here for service for my company car. I have been twice now and both times have received wonderful service. The woman who handles the claims with wheels is so polite and worked really hard to get my service approved. I appreciate her wonderful attitude and customer service!

Do not take your vehicle to this Meineke. Had several services completed. Well, I thought they were completed. Lied right to my face about work that they claimed was done and it could be easily seen that it wasn’t. They did sloppy work, pinching the hoses when they did the brake fluid flush, causing brake fluid to get all over the engine. I paid for a tire rotation, which they did not do. My front wheels have heavy curb rash while my back wheels have none. When they pulled my car out and told me it was ready, I could immediately see that they had not rotated the tires. I went back inside and spoke to Rachel and told her that the tire rotation was not completed. She went to the back for a second and came back out and doubled down that the rotation had most definitely been completed. A total lie. It just goes to show that if they are this bold to lie to a customer even after they call them out on it, I can’t imagine the number of customers that they do this to that don’t even know that their tires were never rotated or their oil was possibly never changed. If you want to make sure that you work is actually getting completed and done professionally, do not go to that store.

I went to them for simple oil change and tire rotation. All my lights worked, now my interior lights won’t work and they slapped me with a $3k bill. $900 to take off a lugnut? Almost $500 for a new battery? Yall are crazy. My lights worked just fine before I got there. I won’t be back.

Had to schedule an appointment to get a state inspection, no big deal. Inspection failed due to dry rot on the tires, told me they could install new tires today for ~$1,000. There was no cracking or cordage visible in the sidewalls, the tires were only 2.5 years old and < 10,000 miles. The next chain auto shop happily passed me in 15 minutes. Perhaps the technician made a honest mistake, but it felt like unnecessary salesmanship.

Highly unsatisfied with customer service and the front desk, specifically Leslie. I came in for an oil change and then was told about other services that needed to be done, which is fine but how it was presented and handled was not. Meineke sends you a link in which you have 5 mins to accept or deny the service; leaves not much time to make a decision. I asked her to repeat the info so I could jot it down, then think about it to make an educated decision. She then stated "You don't seem convinced by this needing fixed" and she went on to say how urgent this is. When I asked questions, all I was told is that I had a "bad battery" and could be "stranded on the side of the road anywhere if it didn't get changed." I also asked for all of the information to be on paper in which she said "I already told you I'd send that to you in an email at check out" which she never once said. Overall, scare tactics were being used in order to convince to pay the hundreds of dollars for the service. She was rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. I will not be going back.

Highly recommend. Came for a second opinion after a prior mechanic told me i needed over $1000 of repairs and they confirmed none of it was necessary. Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Being able to book appointments online is helpful too.
