I was out needing an oil changed when my car stalled out, the first time, and smoke came out from the engine. I was very worried. Luckily the car started back up, so I continued to the oil change. It stalled again, more smoke. I finally made it to Precision and they were hoping the heads weren't warped because the engine got so hot. In short, they did the right job for me and did it well. My car runs so much better. Thank you Precision!!

I had a great experience at Precision Tune Auto on South Blvd on this past Friday ! The person at the front desk was super kind and professional, making the process smooth from start to finish. The tech who worked on my car was also very kind and efficient. The oil change service was incredibly quick, which I really appreciated. This location is definitely my favorite, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

Great service. My husband and I were in a bind traveling with my expedition and all of a sudden the coolant started leaking and the engine overheating. I called them 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they were kind and helpful allowing us to leave my truck there so they could work on it the next day. It was evaluated promptly the next morning and repaired only a few hours later. And it was a reasonable fee without feeling pressured to repair anything unnecessarily. Would highly recommend. While the repair took multiple hours, Mac was consistently providing useful updates regarding status until the repair was completed. Unfortunately had to tow my car in since it would not start! The whole experience was nerve racking but from the moment I spoke with receptionist, Megan, my worries and concerns were put to ease. She truly made the whole experience smooth and professional. Not to mention the store manager, Mack, was also informative and very helpful. Mack was persistent with providing exceptional and timely customer service and made sure my vehicle was in safe and running order. Being a female, there is a lot of hesitation when it comes to car repair shops being honest and respectful but Precision Auto was top notch from beginning to end. I can now confidently say that they have a long term customer. I am very pleased with their service and my car is running better than it was before! I came in to receive a brake fluid flush, I asked him to check my brakes because I felt like they weren't operating properly. I was advised that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and my rotors needed to be resurfaced. I had the service done.I was also advised that my front brakes would need to be serviced in the near future. I appreciated them giving me a thorough overview of my vehicle. The manager Tye and the young lady there were very pleasant to work with. I will be returning for the needed services in the future.

I paid for a brake check and told my brakes fine, 40% pad remaining. A few days later I hearing the worst grinding of my calipers ever. So... no this place is not good and has very high mark up on parts. Not to be trusted.

My senior citizen mother took her car for an oil change at the South Boulevard location. She was told that she had a broken dipstick along with an oil leak at the top of her car, which she did not have these issues prior to the oil change we typically use the location in Pineville. We’ve had oil changes there. No one has ever reported or stated that there was an oil leak, nor that there was a broken dipstick. This is very concerning being that I assist my mother in all of her car. Issues she has requested to speak to A manager who apologize for the situation with no reconciliation.

It was my first time at this store. The lady at the front desk was great and very professional, but the guy who worked on my car took forever to change the oil. It took him two hours. I arrived at 10:44 a.m. and left at 12:47 p.m. That’s unacceptable. If they had told me it was going to take two hours, I would have come another day. Because of that delay, I missed an appointment. In other places, it only takes 20 minutes at most.

Personable, reasonable, and efficient service! I had the pleasure of working with Ty, the manager, who is a very attentive technician as well, and he made it a priority when he knew I was having issues with my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off twice, once for an engine replacement (big job) and once for a heater core replacement (removed and replaced dash). Both were repaired immaculately and my vehicle feels brand new. They worked well with my warranty company for the car as well. Thank you Precision Auto on South Blvd! Highly recommend.
