This shop lies, charges triple for parts, takes forever, sabotages batteries, can't perform a simple inspection, does shitty work, and insults vets. 4 years ago, I was told all brakes were in critical condition, so I overpaid to replace the front brakes but keep the critical rear brakes. A year later, my normal, honest, mechanic told me the rear brakes were in perfect condition, did not need to be replaced. 3 years after that, this Meineke does a full inspection, recommends several repairs, but doesn't recommend replacing rear brakes. Apparently my mechanic was right, and Meineke straight-up lied 4 years ago. So Meineke does an oil change and some basic maintenance, calls to tell me my truck's ready; however, I was unable to pick it up that day. The following morning, the shop calls to say my battery is dead, needs to be replaced, and will cost nearly $400! The shop never said anything about the battery after the initial inspection OR even after the other maintenance was finished. And they insisted there was no cheaper battery available, even though the Advance Auto that supplies batteries for this shop stocked an identical replacement for my mysteriously-now-dead-despite-being-nearly-new battery for $100. Oh, and I forgot to mention, after replacing the front brakes 4 years ago, they were to perform an alignment. But the shop was taking f o r e v e r to finish the work and, presumably to avoid again informing me they'd need to keep the truck another day, they told me it was finished. But they never did the alignment despite charging me for it. And as frustrating as all that is, perhaps the most triggering thing about the shop are the American and military flags hung backwards which is nearly as insulting as hanging a flag upside down. (To be fair, many people don't know how to properly and respectfully display a flag vertically – with the stars in the upper-left corner, not the upper-right – but if they cared, they'd look it up.) The inattention to detail is very representative of the shop overall.

I took my truck for a simple oil change, got it back the very next day my check engine light is on with an error showing and my truck wont go over 10 miles now. Contacted meineke spoke with Justin whom was supposed to be a manager whom said he’d look into the error and contact me back I never heard from this man or anyone for that matter and my truck is not not operating! Never again will I trust these small shops to do such a simple job as this and I will be getting a diagnostics with Chevy to see what they did to cause this problem at meineke as I had no issue with my truck prior.

At this location, the employees were professional and courteous. I thought I needed a new muffler, but after a diagnostic, I was found that I just needed a carbon flush. I also received a veteran discount. I plan to return every 3 months for an oil change and once a year for a tune up. The diagnostic was based on making my car run better and to exploit me for unnecessary procedures.

Very good customer service. The manager did follow-up calls to previous clients to see if everything was good and if we had any concerns. I mentioned I was still having problems, and he told me to bring the car in to be diagnosed again for no charge. The problem was identified after a thorough inspection, and the cost was minimal. Justin was excellent! I came in on a busy Saturday, got my car inspected for free and got a complete estimate of everything they recommended be fixed. Justin however, went above and beyond taking me into the shop and showing me specifically what parts on my car needed to be replaced and why. This was the best part because I could actually see what needed to be fixed. I will definitely come back because of Justin’s communication.

I didn’t get the tires I asked for. I don’t know what these tires are. I asked for falken and got some generic brand I have never heard of or pronounce it. Overall good job done, tires look pretty good
