very unprofessional. went to get my car inspected, and they said the computer had been reset too soon. said i could drive it another 50 miles or leave my registration overnight and $130 cash and he would make sure it passed. extremely sketchy. avoid these people at all costs

DO NOT USE this service they tried to Scam me for NC INSPECTION by charging me extra for factory tint. Which I have NEVER been charged for or ever paid for. The tone was VERY unprofessional and disrespectful! Only took cash but said, I will just delete inspection I went elsewhere.!!!

This business had my vehicle for ten hours and did no work. The owner had the audacity to get mad because I called about three times to check on my vehicle. Three times that he said he would call back but didn’t. He told me to come and get my vehicle because I kept calling him. I had to call off work because I really thought he would do the job. I loss my wages fir nothing!!!

Johnny is very humble and honest. Him and his team have done several different services on my car over the past year, quick and efficient. Brakes and rotors, oil changes, tune ups, and inspections for very reasonable prices. If he can't do it or if it doesn't need to be done, he will be honest and let you know. I highly recommend anyone to him check out, it will definitely be worth your time!

I brought my 2007 Toyota Corolla to JD Auto to fix my catalytic converter and prepare for inspection. The mechanics at JD were friendly and very thorough, offering a quote and completing the repairs same day. They fixed my engine code (P0420), replaced the valve cover gasket, changed my oil/filter, tuned my car up, aligned my headlights, and checked filters... All at a very reasonable rate. My husband and I have worked with other shops in Charlotte before but, we were particularly impressed with how well JD handled our repair. Highly recommended!

Amazing people. They were very kind even to my rude mom (she wanted them to pass the inspection despite our CE light). I fixed the car myself, brought it in again, it passed. They were very cooperative. A review mentions an upcharge on the inspection for their tint. Be happy they were willing to pass you at all. And it's not like they don't explain the upcharge beforehand. They're transparent about their pricing. Honest and sweet people. Awesome place, can only recommend.
