Dave and his team did a great job! I will definitely be using them again. They had the best price, good work and a fast turn around. Straight forward and honest. For more details read our experience below... We needed 4 new tires, an alignment, rear brakes and an oil change. Called to get a price after finding this place on Google and reading other reviews. The lady that answered took down what I needed, and Dave ended up calling me back a little later, with the lowest quote I received which he was willing to email to me too. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later, showed up as they opened and left the car with them. About mid day, Dave called to let me know the original tires he quoted me for were no longer in stock with his supplier, but he got me an upgrade for the same price. Later that same night I picked up the car, which they worked hard and stayed late to finish the job the same day (this is a lot of work for one day). When I picked up the car, the cost was exactly what Dave told me it would be. No more work "needed" to get done.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I have a 2005 LX470 that needed a new suspension and new power steering lines. Mike and Dave were up front and honest about everything. No “gotcha” charges. They had my car for about a week while they were fixing everything and Mike provided updates every few days. My car rides like it’s brand new all thanks to Dynamic Auto Works. Going forward I will only use them when I need auto work!

Just recently moved the CLT and had no clue where to go. Searched for the highest rated shop and found Dynamic Auto works which was top rated for a reason. Mike was excellent to work with I was able to get my vehicle towed to there and handled everything over the phone. Kept me updated on the vehicle throughout my repair and had a faster repair time then any dealership that I contacted. Highly recommend to anyone seeking vehicle service.

This was my first time here and I love them. Down to earth, honest people who know their business. I've had so many bad experiences with automotive places in the past, that I am extra cautious now a days. These folks clearly want repeat business by being reputable and affordable. The two things I want in automotive care! I'll be back and I'll be sending others their way. Had to update my review. I left my first review 3 years ago. After having dealt with the team here at Dynamic for several years, I have to reiterate how good they are. They care about their customers. They have saved me $$$$ over the years that other places said I needed to spend when I didn’t. They even drove an hour away to help me when I had brake issues. I can’t say enough good about David and his group at Dynamic Auto!

Dave and Mike are exceptional at what they do. My 2007 Lexus RX 350 had a complex wiring issue and they were very diligent in fixing the issue. They have expertise in Lexus and Toyota in particular. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

My Jeep was making a squeaking noise and I couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from. I took it to another shop that couldn’t come up with an exact answer but recommended hundreds of dollars in repairs. I decided to get a second opinion from these guys and I’m so glad I did. It was $45 to diagnose the problem, which they subtract from your repair cost. It turned out to be something very minor that needed tightening and the cost to repair did not exceed the diagnostic fee. Such a relief! They fixed it in less than 2hrs and the owner gave me a ride home while I waited. Not to mention, they have the most adorable shop dog! Will definitely be back!

This review is for work done to my 2017 RAV4 a few weeks ago. My car has been running like its brand new since having dynamic complete their work. It was quite a bit of work since my car has recently hit 100K miles, but worth every penny. If you have a Toyota and Honda, those cars are their specialty and highly recommend.

Dave and crew came highly recommended but every time I took my car in something else would break within a couple of days. I initially went in for an AC diagnosis and when I got my car back the engine was misfiring (ignition coil needed to be replaced). The next repair was to replace a valve cover gasket and power steering pump. It took two days before the power steering hose breaks, which was another costly repair (labor) for repairing something in an area they were just in. A few weeks later I noticed my car was still leaking oil (valve cover gasket), and when I popped the hood to check, I saw the vacuum hoses were not connected and had the plastic clips broken off in them, the vacuum cylinder itself was loose and in the wrong location, and the bolt to another ignition coil was halfway off and the coil was not set in properly (now I'm thinking about the earlier misfiring incident). Over all, these were expensive repairs that never seemed to get completely fixed (valve cover still leaking oil). I'm sure there are people who had a great experience with Dynamic Auto, but I would never go there again.

Been going here for 2 years since moving to the Charlotte area. Whenever I have a problem they are the first people I call. They explain the issues to the customer so that you understand why something is needed and how it can be fixed. They are always reachable and get work done in a timely manner. I’ve recommended them to several colleagues and all come back to me thanking me for the recommendation. Local shops like these are the reason I will never go to a dealer/manufacturer to get work done on my car. They even helped me install an aftermarket part which some shops won’t even consider. Dave and Mike are great and highly recommended!

Took my vehicle here after reading reviews of this shop and had a lot of work done on my 1999 Lexus GS 300. After the pickup everything was great but noticed a Oil leak. Returned the car and upon another inspection something else was discovered. These guys Honored the prior work and warranty that was given to me by them and made it right . Even followed it up with a car wash because it sat for a little while due to no Fault of theirs. Quality work and customer service I would not hesitate to visit Dave and Mike and have their Mechanics perform work on my Vehicle again. Very Knowledge People.

My car broke down just 2 miles away from Dynamic Auto Works, I Googled a shop near me, this one came up. Awesome service and Mike makes you feel right at home. They fixed my car in great time, but the surprise was when I saw the bill. I couldn't believe they did it for half the price I imagined it would be!! Stay away from this shop by all means. I called ahead to see if they would be able to service my truck. I let them know that the truck had a lot of rust and asked if that would be an issue. Their response was we get a lot of trucks from up north, all the rust would do is take a them a little longer to service the vehicle. I believe it was Mike I spoke to, he guaranteed me that he would be able to work on my Truck. I paid for tow and had it towed to their shop. I later received a call back stating that they were not going to work on it because of said rust. I spoke with Mike and I said you guaranteed me that you could work on it , could you at least cover the tow back to my house. He responded saying “Im certainly not going to pay for a tow for your Vehicle.” Terrible customer service, i would give them a negative 5 stars if it was possible.

I am from out of town, blew a tire in my 2023 Audi S5. I was 2 miles from the shop so I limped it over there hoping they could fix it. Turns out I ran into the nicest most helpful people while on this trip. The owner went out of his way to help me. Went and got a rare tire that no one ever carries and mounted and balanced it was done in an hour. These people single handedly saved my trip and had great conversation with them the entire time. If I lived in Charlotte, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for car service. Thank you again.

Mike and Dave are amazing! As a 20 something girl who just moved to Charlotte I was struggling to find a shop where I could feel confident I would get honest work done on my car, and I found the right place. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done on my car (new alternator, sensors in my engine, ect.) and did it for a great price! I would recommend this shop to anyone, definitely come here!
