We're so glad we gave Auto repair Emmanuel a try! Conveniently located near our apartment, we called ahead to confirm they had time for a general diagnosis. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; and if you have someone who doesn’t know a whole lot of English this an ideal spot. The team was thorough and honest in their assessment, addressing our concerns without pushing unnecessary repairs. They efficiently completed the oil change, brake replacement, and tire swap, putting our minds at ease. What truly impressed us was their transparency and integrity. Unlike other shops we've visited, they didn't try to upsell or find nonexistent issues. The only minor drawback is the lack of a waiting area. However, the staff kindly provided us with chairs and a space heater, ensuring our comfort while we waited. Overall, we highly recommend coming here for their exceptional service, honesty, and convenience. We'll definitely be back!

I recently took my car to Auto Repair Emmanuel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how quick and professional the service was. I had an issue with my brakes and expected to be without my car for at least a day or two. To my surprise, they diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and had everything fixed in under two hours! The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even offered me a coffee while I waited.

Take your car somewhere else. This place is a scam. Llevan sus carros a otro mecánico. Aqui solo los van a estafar. They overcharged me for my tires and overcharged for the labor they did (basically nothing). Didn't show any proves of the prucharse done and also changes parts and pieces of my car without consulting first if it was okay to do so. After scamming me for a crazy amount of money for an easy tire change, and a new car alternator they also broke my A/C which was in perfect condition before, and charged me for "fixing" it, but told me that still needed to change something else after. It's just not working anymore (yes they did that). Never take your car here... I trusted only because of a friend who took it there and months later we found they also were scammed. (overpriced replacements and didn't even fix their problem). 0/10 absusadores y ladrones. No tienen verguenza.

Stay away from this place, they don’t do the correct diagnostic, they charged me almost $900 and wasn’t the issue I was in the dealership and they found the correct issue. Really bad place, not serious, it’s better go to a different place. If I can post cero star I’ll do it but I can just 1 star.

The auto shop overcharged me for labor and parts and they did not fix my misfire properly. My spark plug was glued in and not replaced properly and consequently I have a misfire again and have to pay another 1k to get this properly fixed at a better shop. Will not be recommending this place at all to anyone. if 0 stars were possible i would do that.
