Overall, I had a pretty seamless experience. They got me in next day and gave me a quote super fast. Staff on site was very friendly and helpful! And the price was 40% less than what safelite wanted to charge me. Only had one hiccup but the manager helped make it right. So far so good one the new windshield.

Michael, the manager in the Charlotte area, is the most unprofessional and incompetent human I have ever met. He word for word told me this morning that he is not in customer service, he is instead only a provider. They have been to replace my glass on a new vehicle three times now and have brought the wrong glass each time. I have begged for corporate or the regional to reach out, but only today could I get anyone higher than the tech. I have now called the CEO to escalate this issue as it is causing my ability to drive great harm at this company’s lack of competency. Where has quality and customer service gone? Michael, you need a massive attitude adjustment and realignment to be able to stand in your position per the CEO’s alleged standards. So sad.

Horrible service they will lie about a price over the phone and tell you different when in store. I have got service from there on one window before for a set price . I walk in store the guy is up charging me $100 more dollars . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS EXACT PLACE TO ANYBODY AND I WILL MAKE SURE YOU GUYS GET SUED !

Wow! I have not given many reviews before, but this is an easy one. I showed up without an appointment Tuesday morning and let Ms. Lori, know I needed a miracle. I was out of town on business and the back window of my Mitsubishi Outlander was completely broken. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had chosen the right place. Ms. Lori got on the phone immediately and was able to locate the glass within minutes. The glass supplier was right down the road, so they were able to get the new glass very quickly. Mr. James, the lead technician, was able to fit me in almost immediately and had the glass replaced (it seemed to be just a few minutes). The price was incredible also! In all my years of business I have never found such "professional" and kind people. It was truly a blessing. In my moment of stress and need the Lord Jesus Christ led me to the best auto glass place in all of North Carolina. cl
