Had them replace my windshield, but wasn't expecting to take it back several times. the installer had broken the rear view cover and the overhead buttons were pushed up into the console. There was adhesive residue around the top of the windshield and the ceiling liner was not tucked back. The installer made excuses why it wasn't right and even tried to use double sided tape to fix an air leak issue. Fortunately the manager made it right by replacing it all with a new windshield.

This place was great! I called about a cracked windshield, talked through my options with an associate on the phone. I ended up having to get my entire windshield replaced due to the nature of the cracks I had, and they helped walk me through whether it would be better to go through insurance or pay directly. I’m glad they did because it ended up being much cheaper for me to pay out of pocket. I was able to get an appointment 2 days later. I was in and out in an hour. Friendly workers, quick service, and clear instructions for aftercare. My new windshield looks great- thank you!

Customer Service and phone call prior was top notch, I was able to get an appointment the next day, however, my appointment was not in the system when I arrived. It was a bummer because I had some things on my schedule to take care of. However, the kind woman at the desk was able to assist me and get me taken care of right away. The insulation was quicker than they mentioned! Everyone on site was smiling. The lobby to wait was small, needed WiFi to work. Lastly, it looks like you can see the wiring from my rearview mirror, which I didn’t like that aesthetic. Pros: 1. Friendly and quick 2. Goes through insurance for you 3. Same or next day instillation 4. Easy planning Cons: 1. No appointment found in the system - star 2. No wifi in the lobby -1/2 star 3. Recommended wait time of 2 hrs and 40 mins -star

UPDATE: In business, mistakes happen. It is all about how you deal with them after the fact and I will say, Auto Glass Now was a pain at first, but they made right of their mistake, came out to me, and fixed the mistake instantly. They stood by their word and replaced my glass a second time and has my electronics working. Their tech was a really cool guy (not the bald guy mentioned below). Not the smoothest of experiences, but they made it right and that is what it is all about. Original: Would give 0 stars if I could. Auto Glass Now came out because I had a chip in the window of my car that turned into a large crack while it was cold outside. I paid extra to have them come to me at my office. The tech replaced the glass, but then immediately upon me trying to open my car doors, it wouldn't unlock, or unlock, and then if i didn't open the door in .5 seconds, it would re-lock. They then asked me to bring it into their shop the next day (I paid extra to not do this since I had to work during the day). They eventually sent out the guy pictured, who did absolutely nothing besides saying that it wasn't possible that the door locking/unlocking was from them (THE BCM model of a Porsche 981 runs directly through the A-pillar - which you can see this guy has ripped off in the picture). He tried to say that it must've been like that. I unlock and lock my car every single day... I think anyone with 2 brain cells would have noticed. I also have a video of this man making a call to someone at the shop who said it was probably definitely caused by them. Now they won't respond to my texts. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVER.
