These guys are fantastic and even tho the prices have gone up, I understand how business owners are. But the bilingual assistance and quick repairs make up for corporate greed. Every worker there is respectful and you never have to wait. I will continue to get my tires from here.

This is my 2nd time visiting this location! Each time I have left with no service! Both times i have went they never given me the services i ask for! They are charging $60 for used tires saying they are new & they used! For $60 you can get a brand new tire! Being that they was my last result and all the other tire company had closed i was willing To pay the extra $25 for a used tires. They refuse to plug one of my tires. They all started acting like they didn't understand english! They are very racist! Choose wisely when going to this place!

Hey don't go to this place it's the worst racism I've ever experienced. I went here to ask for service on my tire. I was told to hold on by someone who never returned after about 15 minutes me messing with my phone to wait for help that never showed up. I watched about 5 cars drive up whom were all spanish. They actually ran out to help every car that drove up while I stood patiently to see if they were ever going to assist. They same guy with the green hat walked I asked him again could get help he kept walking past with no response maybe didn't speak English not sure. I am an African American male maybe and I'm sure had something to do with it. Do not go to this place They are clearly racist and I've never experienced this and I am 55 year old male.

Brought 2 new tires to be put on my car when I left there was a bubble in my tire to which they said it was my fault and charged me for another new tire. Personally the tires were never really ridden on to get a bubble as soon as it was put on. They did nothing to help fix what happened other than charge me again. Won’t go here again

Today, They lost a good customer. I gave this business 3 tries and they deserve a 1 star rating. This morning I went to get my tire plugged and the guy who serviced the tire was rude even though I greeted him warmly (en Español) . He refused to plug the tire and insisted I needed a new one. I said "OK'. And paid $50 for a used tire. Even before he was finished the work. He yelled at me that I needed to pay the clerk. She was rude also. I payed and I was going to provide a tip but I decided not to because they were so rude. When the guy was done with the replacement tire. He left my spare tire outside of the car. When I asked him to load the spare back into the car he rudely refused. At this point I was tired of him being rude and I approached him and asked again. He responded "you going to tip me"? Of course I said no and made a note to leave a review. I wonder if it is a race thing? My wife is Latina and I am Black and they normally give her decent service. I will never use them again and I will not allow my wife to give them anymore of my money (so far over $800).

Dishonest thieves! They gave me one price and then charged me another just because their boss arrived. The manager of the place was also very unprofessional and rude, not even bothering to look me in the eye. An older gentleman was extremely rude and tried to scam me by switching the prices.

they changed my car brakes and they said it was 120 when I checked my balance they charged me an extra 60 and I have no idea why they never let me know they were charging me more than 120

LOVE LOVE this shop ! Don’t let the bad review's discourage you from trying this shop on your own and coming in to actually speak to them. I have never had any issues with them. They are very fast with their work and very honest people. All the bad reviews are from people who came here trying to get services done for cheap and when they weren’t able to get their way their only option was to leave a bad review. Please come in or call and ask whatever you need help with because they will help you with everything they can and make sure you are a satisfied paying customer. Prices vary everywhere and you’ll personally have to speak with them to get the best help.

Terrible experience. My car still isn’t fixed. I brought my car to this shop expecting honest, professional service. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. The issue with my car was not properly fixed, and the same problem is still there. I even had the police come out they told me it’s a civil issue, meaning I’d have to take legal action to resolve it. That’s completely unfair. I shouldn’t have to go to court just to get a proper repair. No one at the shop took responsibility, and I’m now left with a car that’s still not working the way it should. If you’re thinking about bringing your vehicle here, think twice. You might end up in the same frustrating situation.

2 stars bc they let my car sit there until AAA showed up. The little guy that Jack's ur car up is nice but the others are too greedy and opportunistic. Had a flat and they were the 1st place I could get to. Then they didn't even have tires to fit my car and wanted to charge me $50.00 for a tire too small just to get home or $200.00 on a 15 mile tow. 🤔.... Ummmm, negative batman, I had my car towed to the nearest AAA and spent my 1200.00 with them.

I only went to change the Full synthetic oil 20w 5. I was attended by a short gentleman who is only in that place and it turns out that when they get in the car I see that he uses pliers and I asked him if they don’t have the right tools to make the oil change, he got upset and I called the lady in charge she told me that she was only removing the lid or the lining that it has as protection I tell him ah OK I thought he was removing the oil plug I stood still he told me that that gentleman knows a lot he has a lot of experience I let him do the change in the end it took longer Of three hours in the supposed oil change no one approached not even the owners so what happened with it in the end they told me that it was ready they charge me and when I leave the car turns off they put a scanner on it the truth is that I lost the battery I had to buy a new one when I check the sticker that it places to place the time of the next change it turns out that it put me 30w 5 and who knows what type of oil damaged the car engine

This man will block your phone number to avoid all responibility for failing you. Paid diagnostic fee for him to intimidate me the next day with a part that he purchased to been taken to a specialist?! To be refurbished?? Had to pick up his daughter so my car wasnt finished??! After 3 days car was fixed and now cars steering almost a month and some change later is catastrophic failure to the point of returning to dealer. HE WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR AND I HAVE A CAMARO.

Called early in the day to make sure was to get in without an appointment. Miguel was sure that would no problem!. I needed a valve cover gasket kit and a tune needing badly that I've pushed off for several months for my 2015 Honda Odyssey LX. Even though I came later than expected because of their hours of operations due to the 3 hours the repairs needed. They assured they would complete the work I asked of them. My car was pulled in the car bay at 3:37 pm and the was completed at 6:05 pm. "I CALL THAT GREAT SERVICE!". They also explained to me exactly what the did and showed how my old parts looked when they them with the new parts. I will definitely return for more repairs and maintenance. And the didn't try to over charge me with adding more things that was needed. Great service and timely completed.
