Very friendly workers. I purchased a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation. A week later I noticed my car shaking terribly and took it back in. They told me I needed new tires, breaks, and had an oil leak... mind you my car did not have this issue before. I decided to take it to two other shops and found out all I needed was an alignment from having my tires rotated... be cautious especially if you’re female they will try to say more is wrong thinking you’ll just fork over money

Called in regards to getting a new tire, the person on the phone was nice and said she was going to the back to check if they had any. I was on hold for 45 minutes until THE OTHER PERSON hung up, i tried calling back but nobody answered. i have no idea what the customer service is like in store nor do i plan on finding out. Don’t waste you’re time here since they won’t make any for you over the phone.

Very rude customer service. They screen your calls when you try and call to inquire about your car and get answers. I believe I was talking to the owner's daughter and she was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with when repairing my car. I expect to pay a premium and get decent service, but instead all I get is attitude without the problem actually being fixed. It's a shame because I like to support local businesses, but this one really let me down when all I wanted was my car to be fixed.

Terrible experience. First of all they changed my alternator and the car still did not work. They wanted to change my battery and charge me additional for battery terminals, but that was not the issue. If I would have stayed with Luis auto I would have been out 1,000 dollars without my car being fixed. The only saving grace is that I questioned why they were charging me a lot to change the battery and I gave them additional information about symptoms to help diagnose. They took this as not being comfortable with the work, but I insisted that I was good to proceed. I am convinced that they realized that they had no idea what they were doing and decided to be done with it. Why kind of trash company refuses to finish a job they started? Terrible company, but I am thankful they refused to finish the job because I took the car to a mechanic that actually knew what they were doing. Luis misdiagnosed the alternator when it was just a fuse/wiring problem that was a $100 fix, and tried to charge over $1000. If you value your time, money, and piece of mind you will avoid Luis at all costs. For reference my car was a 2016 Honda Civic stock with no big problems, so it was not a very confusing job. They just have no idea what they are doing.

Terrible experience, receptionist/inspector isn't professional at all. As soon as you walk in her attitude is as if you are bothering her. I needed nc inspection in my vehicle, she took my keys and just walked off, not a "hey its going to be a few minutes take a seat" or anything just left us standing there trying to figure out what was next. After the inspection she gives me the price first which was weird and then explains how fairly used not new tires were all dry rotted! Makes no since when the vehicle is only 4 years old! Went down the street to an actual tire place to be told my tires are fine and they gave me info saying why the tires were fine and suggested to go somewhere else. Just to confirm went to a legitimate inspection place that only does inspections and ended up being able to get in for an apt to pass and told tires were fine. DO NOT bring your vehicle here to get an inspection!

First and last time coming here, waited 30 min for an inspection to be done and bald dude got back to me saying I failed the inspection due to brake pads. EDIT: Took it to another shop and they passed me with flying colors. I hardly drive this car and my brakes were fine.

I brought my car in because I needed a new rotors, new brake pads, and a bracket replaced. The total cost ended up being 300.00 less than what I was quoted at other shops and he took even more off when he charged me so I'd still have money for gas. Which as a single mom living paycheck to paycheck really makes a world of a difference to me. Luis and his other mechanic were so informative and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Experience was alright at first, but it eventually felt like they were trying to upsell me. I came in wanting to understand the main issue causing a vibration while driving. They ran the codes and got several results, but the front desk lady told me they ‘weren’t really sure which code it is.’ If this is a mechanic shop, I expected them to explain what the actual problem was. Instead, I was told the repair would be over $1,000, which sounded like they planned to fix everything instead of identifying the main issue. When I asked what the cheapest route would be to address the primary problem, she told me, ‘If you’re comfortable driving it like that you can,’ which didn’t give me confidence at all. The mechanic didn’t come in to explain anything or walk me through what they found, and the communication felt unclear. Because of that, I won’t be coming back. Also they charged me 100 dollars just for the mechanic to look at the car and run codes.
