I was highly disappointed with the sercive this time. I have been here 4 times and paid over $550 for a simple coil issue. My check engine light came on and I was told that it was coil number 2. I was called and told $295 for the coil and tune up. As soon as I went up the road, the check engine light came back on and then I was told that it read coil mumber 4 which was an additional $50. I was able to ride it down to the light and when I came back, it was smoke coming from under the hood and I was told that it was normal. Well, the smoke was still coming from under the hood days later and it was a huge puddle from wherever I parked my vehicle. This has never been a problem for me. The check engine light came back on the day after I left the shop so I was on my way back in the day after Thanksgiving with a smoky car with check engine light. At this point, I got the owner involved. He showed me what the problem was but he had to find the pieces and that he needed some time after lunch. He never called and I ended up calling several times, to no avail. I showed up in person after going for a second opinion at another shop. The other shop stated that it eas the valve cover and showed me all the leaking oil. I came back to this shop to let the owner know that I did not need the pieces he was looking for and it was the valve cover He told me that wasnt the issue but ehrn he took it to the back, he told me exactly what the other guy said. I figured he would try to work with me since I had already spent $350 with getting a tune up that was not needed and leaking that only started after the tune up. The only thing that was needed was the coils. To reduce this story, I ended up paying over $550 for a simple fix. It was funny because another lady came in with a male because her car was shaking with check engine light and when they used the machine, he had a coil number too and they told her she needed a tune up. They both started laughing because they recently had a tune up and the guy did not know how to address their questions and the front desk receptionist had to get the owner. They are trying to get everyone to pay for a tune up when that is not the issue. The best advice I can give if you visit this place is not to come alone (like I did) but have a male with you that know something about cars, get a diagnosis somewhere else and just have them fix it here with the problem already known and speak directly with the owner because he knows (a little more) than the inexperienced mechanics here. Women beware! It is a lesson learned for me! Oh, I forgot to mentioned that the lady at the front desk knows just as much as I know about cars (NOTHING)!

I thought my ac was dead. They could have bilked me for a $1000. But it turned out to be just s loose valve and they charged it up.... Was only about $68 bucks. They have done other jobs for me for a fair price. They were very fast as well.

The owner quoted me $100 for a brake light switch .. at pick up his price changes to $200 and he denied he said $100 before .. They gave me my part back so I could at least take it back for a refund, but when I took it back to O’Reillys where I purchased it, O’Reilly said that it wasn’t their part that it was advanced auto.. I called the owner or the manager back at the shop and he Again denied it, but the sales attended at O’Reilly’s was able to show proof that the box belong to advance auto and their parr came in something!!! I told the owner that he Product from O’Reillys and I needed that back, but apparently the part Is in the car so they charge me for my part and labor.. Talk to him again to let him know Going to Court concerning this issue to get my money back on the lease, the part and Work.. He denies all the allegations Then insist that I give him the advance auto parts part back so that he can take it back Thing is he use my part from O’Reillys charged me for it now he needs advance part so he claims he can take it back so he can get a refund… But question is if he’s taking advanced back then what has my car break lights Working.. right .. What I fell to say is he claim he bought a part for $76 the parts for this Infinity FX 35 is 56 .. they are liars and auto thieves basically.. And like some of these autobody shops, they take advantage of women this place is over price For the work that they said they done they charge me $200 for job that was basically 65 Typos on this app, sorry

This place is the worst! Terrible customer service. Owner told me flat out that he didn't care if I had a car or not. Had an appointment to get timing belt, water pump and spark plugs fixed. Was told bring it in at 9...will have it done by end of day. Joke was on me..my car never moved all day. Didn't do a darn thing on it. Owner was very confrustational and didn't care about me at all.

I was highly disappointed with the sercive I pay $600 for leaking coolant replacement heat transfer radiator but it’s not fixed, I go again tell them the coolant still leaking . They told me I have to replacement another radiator. But I do another shop they told me to leaking Same place where do I replacement. But i don’t know guys name he was very angry with me he hits the table. Please be careful this type of car shop. I Never ever this shop.

This is hidden gem and price is cheaper than Fire stone, and other shop. Owner Carlos is very nice, Did my Brake and rotor, oil change took about 45 min. Everything went smooth. I will be back again for other work. Front desk Men are also very helpful. Obrigado

They are awesome! We first showed up no appointment in a bit of a panic on Saturday 8/31. They were closing up but they still were kind enough to come and check out the car for me quick to ease my mind that the issue I was having would not cause damage and I would be able to make it home with my family safely. They said I could come back Tuesday 9/3 after the Holiday which I was happy to do. Great Customer service even when I wasn't yet a customer.

Don't take your vehicle to this place. They charge for the service but they don't. The engine of my van was changed 2 times. I had to pay for the 2 engines and the doubled labor. No guarantee was given to me. I have reported several people dissatisfied with this workshop. If you don't want to have a headache, don't even go to the door of this place

Stopped here this morning because my car was overheating due to my radiator leaking. They replaced the radiator, gave me my keys back, and not even 1 minute down the road my car was overheating again. Took it back and they replaced the thermostat free of charge, I then worked on my own car with their mechanic, but it was still overheating. They then told me my head gasket or cylinder heads were bad. I’ve been a mechanic for over 10 years and knew then they didn’t know what they were doing. Took it home and bled the system myself, now the car runs fine. Do not bring your car here. They don’t know what they’re doing, and they will sell you unnecessary parts and services. People were nice, but they still don’t know what they’re doing. Avoid this place. Could’ve saved myself $350 if I had just done the work myself the correct way….

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Everyone is so nice and this is literally the only mechanic shop I’ll come to. They’re super communicative and thoughtful and have peoples best interest at heart.
