I have now taken my 2024 Land Rover defender here twice. The first time was a fender bender, where someone hit me in the rear and they had such wonderful customer service and were able to repair my car quickly and with quality at a very low price! I again took my car back recently because I had a minor scratch and was expecting to be told it would be expensive to repair. However, the owner came out and buffed the scratches out of my car right there real time in the parking lot and didn’t charge me a cent. They really look out for the customers here!

I went to 5 star auto collision to see if someone could fix my door handle because someone before put the door on wrong. I asked if he could fix it for me without putting on new parts bc i didn’t want them. He told me to give him the keys, he took my car & was gone for about 15 mins. came back showed me the door was put back on correctly & tightly, I thanked him so much & asked how much & he told me since it was my first time no charge as long as i leave a review. I told him of course & i’ll be back soon. Great customer service I was in & out. Nice asian man i never got his name but he will definitely see me again !

I was so impressed with 5 Star Auto Collision. Their timing was immaculate. I had my car back in a week something I thought for sure would take them at least 2 weeks. I was really nervous about my car because there are a whole bunch of sensors on the front end of my car and I thought for sure something would be out of wack, but they came highly recommended from someone I spoke to. Prior to coming to 5 Star Auto Collision, I went to 5 different auto body shops to get repair quotes for my 2021 Lexus IS 300. The quotes ranged from prices of $1500- $2500. I came to 5 Star Auto Body and received an unbelievable price, far less than the other quotes I received. Not only did Long fix my paint and my bumper in less than 20 minutes, but he was extremely honest to me and kind to me. If I ever need a car repair in the future I will come here. A tree fell on my car during Hurricane Helene… insurance suggested 5 Star Auto and we just followed their suggestion but I’m so happy we did. Everything looks amazing and the main repair maybe took a business week? (Insurance had estimated 8 days so they beat that.) It had to stay for a few days because of something that was more software related but we were even compensated for that. It was washed and detailed when we got it back! Super happy with their work and would for sure recommend.

Was there at 8:15 am on 11/24 to get an estimate for damage to my bumper. Representative came out and took pictures and my contact information. He said the appraiser was not in but he would call me later with the estimate. It’s two days later and I never got a phone call. Since I didn’t have an insurance claim, I’m guessing my damage was not enough to warrant that phone call. Frustrating to drive across town in Charlotte traffic to get such poor customer service!
