I was told by my dealership last year that my A/C compressor needed to be replaced to the tune of $1400. Found these guys for just over $1k, they ordered the compressor and I dropped my car off. That afternoon got the call to come get it. The bill: $160.26!! They found a leak caused by a $3.49 part, recharged it and sent me on my way. They could have EASILY went ahead and replaced the compressor and I'd have been happy to have saved $400. Honesty like that seems to be in short supply these days so they will get ALL my future business!

Steve was a huge help to my boyfriend and I after our car got broken into. He was so communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. TTS is the best mechanic I’ve found in Charlotte in my 20 years here. They provide honest advice, fair pricing and easy communication. I live 20-30 minutes away with traffic (and I pass many other shops on my way), but these guys are simply the most ethical place around and they happily service all my vehicles.

My daughter had an issue with her car and called me. I live in a different city than her. So I researched repair shops in the Charlotte area and the reviews were good. I was not disappointed at all! I worked with Brandon and he took great care of us. Turned out to be a blown head gasket. He worked with me and got things done quickly as possible. He was very professional and straight forward. I was very impressed with their shop and skills. It is always hard to find a good shop you can trust. TTS Auto is my new go to shop for my daughter’s car needs. It gives me comfort that there is someone I can trust to help since she lives in a different city. I highly recommend them and you will be happy with their service.

Never took my car to a mechanic myself so I took it here for a loud noise coming from the back of my car. They narrowed it down to the control arms and replaced them and the issue went away! After trying out different shops I've finally found "the one". The location is easy to get to and there always somewhere to park. The employees are friendly and honest. They're quick to provide you with an easy to understand explanation and an estimated cost and time of the services provided. They tried to find the best price for parts and got them in a quick timeframe. I felt comfortable leaving them with my vehicle and there were no surprises. The office is clean and there's a water dispenser and tv for your enjoyment. TTS probably should stand for Trustworthy Terrific Service, it's that good. I highly recommend this shop and it's where I'll be going to from now on.

Today, Friday, December 19th, 2025, was my 2nd visit to TTS. I took my Promaster City in for an appointment to get it inspected and the oil changed. I met both D. J. and Brandon, the owners. D.J. checked me in and shortly began to work on my vehicle. I had asked if he'd allow me to come out to the shop and look under my vehicle and he did. He pointed out a dented oil pan but assured me it was not anything to be worried about. I looked at the undercarriage of my vehicle. I like to be familiar with my cars. I did this in September when I had my other vehicle in there for the same services. D.J. also pointed out that the oil filter was not as tight as it should be. He installed the new one tightly. He also did a State Inspection but my vehicle failed because I had just installed a new battery and the vehicle had not been driven enough in varying driving conditions to establish baseline codes and settings for a proper emissions inspection. So, I have to return for a fifteen minute reinspect. Not a problem. I'd like to say that I am very impressed with professionalism of the TTS service team, both in the shop and at the desk. Justin, D.J. and Brandon have all treated me with respect and as a valued customer. Their prices are affordable and they do top quality work. I'm glad I have found a capable and reasonable location to take my vehicles to for service and repair work. My former shop closed its doors. I appreciate TTS doing great work and getting the job done right the first time. They don't try to "push" or upsell services that you don't need or haven't requested. They will tell you if they see something that needs attention. That's just what I was looking for in a replacement shop. My son needs a dependable, quality shop and I know just the place I'm going to recommend to him. Oh, I should mention, D.J. also aired up my tires to my request and topped off my fluids under the hood. Excellent service! As I paid my ticket I had a few questions about some other routine maintenance items for my vehicles and Justin had the answers. He's great. Super friendly. And there's coffee if you want it. I definitely recommend TTS. The shop area is clean and orderly and so is the waiting area. A+ 4 TTS! UPDATE: 12-22-2025 I needed to take my van back in for a reinspect so I gave TTS a call monday morning for availability. Justin offered a time that afternoon and I accepted. I arrived early to my appointment and to my surprise, they got the van reinspected and I was out the door even before my original appointment time. Excellent service! And that's what this shop is all about, service and quality. That's been my experience to date. My thanks to Justin, D.J. & Brandon for great customer care. I'll be seeing you soon for more car care. I was traveling from Florida up to Boone NC and my truck had a water pump go out on Sunday after the heavey snow that weekend. I spent the night in a local hotel and arrived at their shop early in the morning. They got me in right away. They determined the problem and got it fixed. Great service! I needed a car inspection, and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The waiting room area was also clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a restroom in the waiting area, but they allowed me to use the employee restroom (so don’t hesitate to ask!) They seem to have an efficient and no-nonsense operation. I learned that the business is run by two brothers. They’re owner-operators and they inherited the business from their grandfather. With how orderly and efficient everything was, I could tell that they take great pride in their work and in their business overall. I’ll definitely be back!

Great shop with honest and helpful people working there. I was quoted $1,500 to get a new fuel pump from another shop and when I took my car to TTS, they found that the issue was not fuel related and was actually just a dirty throttle body. After this maintenance, my car was running great again for much lower than I was quoted at other shops. They have helped me many times and if the problem is a $5 part, they will tell you that. They are honest and good people, which is why they are my favorite shop to go to now.
