I’d give negative stars if possible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Brought my car in for repairs and was given a confident 2 week estimate from duey. That comes and goes no worries but we get to 5 months of him having my car he declines phone calls messages and only when I show up to the shop he tells me he is waiting for 1 part that’s on back order. Give it another couple months he says it’s still on back order but after a simple google search I find the part and could get it in a week. When confronted with that he calls and orders the part in front of me and surprise he has the part the next week. Long story short he had my car for over 8 months and when it’s returned he left off well over $800 in parts and over charges. He return the car with a broken front bumper and terrible paint job with dripping paint marks down the door. He will not return calls or emails to return my money or missing parts. He has multiple complaints to the better business bureau but does not respond or render resolutions. I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! He is a scammer and a thief.

I really would like to Rate no stars! This company deserves to be shut down! Do not use this company , they are not honest people. I was expecting good quality work on my vehicle after a car accident but I was met with disappointment after disappointment! They can make your car decent on the outside but the inside parts are raggedy, used, cracked, broken and held together by a tie. He also placed parts on my car from eBay that insurance never approved. I can’t express enough how horrible my experience was! Please, if you work hard for what you have don’t settle here!

When I initially called regarding repairing my car, the gentleman was very nice over the phone. So I chose their shop to do the work. They DO NOT contact you to provide updates on your car. I had to keep calling to check on the status. Everytime I called, I was promised a different date. This happened repeatedly. They had my car well over a month!! They did not update the insurance adjuster on the status of the repairs either. The rental car I had was terminated prematurely by the insurance company due to their non-communication. Therefore I was without a car for over a week while still waiting for the shop to complete my car. This shop did not help with this situation at all! It was a disaster and costed me more out of pocket expenses! The professionalism of this shop sucks! I will never do service with them again nor refer anybody to them. They did a good job on my car but the time it took, the money it cost me, and the stress it caused, made it a VERY unpleasant transaction!! There are tons of other body shops in Charlotte that I could’ve selected that are more professional!

This is a shady mechanic auto repair shop. I had originally requested my luxury car to go to another auto repair body shop, but somehow it ended up there which I believe they have a deal with the tow truck company and that’s how my car ended up there, but needless to say it took a extensive long time to receive my car and when I received it, it was missing a part that I was guaranteed that I would receive within two weeks, but it has been over 8 months and no one is responding by phone or message on when the part will be received. I live out of town so it’s inconvenient for me to drive there. Worst Repair shop ever! No not go there!

Absolutely disgusted with customer service at this place! Was referred to Pros by someone who said they would get my car back to me in a timely manner. I also was persuaded by the tow truck driver who said he worked for Pros, who convinced me to take it to Pros instead of taking my car to ManPower or Caliber Collision. The tow truck dude is selling people on "at Pros we'll take care of the deductible for you." My vehicle has rims and when the supposed worker/tow truck dude picked my car up he didn't mention anything about not fixing cracked rims. The owner informs me about 2 1/2 -3 weeks later that he can't do anything about my rim because they don't work on rims that are not factory. That is something you tell the customer before you start working on the car like when it gets towed there and before you cut that check to start working. Instead they cut that check and did all the repairs except for my rim smh. Instead they cut me a check from insurance money to get my rim fixed on my own (basically we done with you, fix your rim on your own, we not going to help you on that). My car was there for 3 weeks and I had to start calling on when my car would be repaired and running. I end up getting my car back and I have expensive property missing inside my vehicle. I didn't notice until I started to look for those things but I know nobody else has even been near that damaged vehicle but Pros. The length of time, customer service, backending other businesses to get business isn't GOOD BUSINESS!! And just know that we know that you or your workers are stealing out of the vehicles you all are servicing too. To anyone even looking to go to this place BEWARE!!!

Customer service is not good at all. They do not answer their phone or respond to text message. They have had my car now for over five months and every time I try to get an update they say they will call me back and never call back. The insurance company has already paid them over $30,000 just to fix a bumper, and I still have not gotten the bumper fixed At this point, I’m just ready to sue the company. Very shady auto repair company. I do not recommend.

Beware of this place. Before you give your vehicle to this place for collision , make sure you take the picture of outside and inside. He will refuse to fix certain things after it was happen during repair. My car was in shop for collision. I saw the car to the owner after collision. We agreed on price and he asked for cash. Which I gave. But after repair there was a sign on to the dashboard for passenger side airbag. Which was fine before repair. It happens during the repair. And he refused to fix it by saying that it was there before. Which is a lie. Also, I repeatedly told him the color of seat belt is grey and he it installed Tan. The owner is rude and once you gave the money you are under him and he don't care about the customer. So my advise is find other place. Or make sure you get all the pictures before you give him a car for repair.

I’m giving them a 4.5 star because it took a month for my car to get fixed and every time they told me it would be done there was something else that took another week. I was paying for a rental out of pocket and even tho they waived my deductible the rental ended up costing me 3000 dollars anyway. I communicated with the owner mostly I think. And he was very helpful and understanding. My car looks amazing. Like New I might add. Their work is amazing and speaks for itself. It’s the time management that had me. But over all I’m very happy and will recommend anyone to go there. I will of course use them again .

Great business!! The staff was awesome and the service was amazing. Had damage along the entire drivers side of my vehicle, about a week later it’s impossible to even tell. I had them do a bumper conversion to the newer 2020 a-spec Acura and that looks amazing as well. Great place to take your vehicle for any sort of body work.

Man where do i start, my car got hit while park back in sept, i initially was gonna take my car to Hendrick Luxury, but the guy who was initially going to tow my car there, told me about a small independent shop that he works for name Pros Auto Collision and Repair, that will repair my car and pay my deductible. In my mind i never heard of that but he convinced me that it was legit and they will take care of me better than those high end body shop. I spoke to the owner Duey and he told me how the high end body shop would just treat me like a number and wouldn't be there for me as they would have since i can personal contact them unlike Hendrick. So i took a chance, not before i told them don't let me regret this because you're not the primary shop that i initially chosen, and i know they wanted my business so i told them that don't let me down and regret my decision before i would have to write a bad review on them , and here we are, smh. I even read some of the bad reviews while duey was on the phone just to make sure i wasn't tripping. I was trying to ask him why i should take my business to him after reading these bad reviews, and he convince me that those bad reviews was because ppls didn't understand their car insurance policy and they are not responsible for doing extra outside of what their car insurance cover, well this is not that type of bad review. My gut instinct told me to go to Hendrick but i gave them a chance and you get what you paid for, or in my case what my insurance pay for. Now don't get me wrong they got my car looking pretty good as far as the repair work go's but the post clean up and not doing a good job prepping left my car with paint dust all in my car and i mean everywhere. I could tell that they didn't tape off or seal off my door or window well for paint dust to get all in my car. There was also overspray on my car from them just not doing a good job prepping and then i got paint drip on my start and stop button, like why is paint on the interior of my car when the repair is at the back, then all my metal trimming in the interior got damage on the bottom of the trim on every single one of them. My rear taillight was loose also, so when i came back after picking my car up on a Saturday and Duey wasn't there just some body shop guy , i had to wait till Monday to tell him what the issues was. So when i finally met up with him later on that week, he didn't want to accept responsible for the damage to my start stop button, the overspray and the damage to my metal trimming in my interior, citing that the metal trim damage was due to just overtime it got defective, huh? I just brought that car a little over 4 months ago and my metal trimming was in immaculate shape, So i say all this to say if you ever use Pros Auto Collision and Repair please do yourself a favor, please take pics of everything inside of your car before you drop it off to them, or just don't take it to them at all, you're gonna get what you paid for and it not top quality when to comes to customer service, you been warned.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who are in their mid-70s (most things involving a computer and Google frustrate them-insert daughter for help). My parents recently took their Nissan Altima to Pros Auto for repairs following an accident. Initially, they were pleased with the customer service and the seamless process of getting the repairs done without having to deal with a deductible. However, there were several unsettling aspects about the experience. Firstly, the shop had their car for longer than they were told the repairs would take, and my dad had to call and visit multiple times to inquire about the delay. Each time, he was told they were waiting for the correct headlight replacement. When my parents finally picked up the car, everything seemed fine at first glance. However, upon closer inspection at home, my dad noticed that the headlights did not match. The car had been fitted with a different headlight than the original, which was unacceptable (see pictures). When my dad raised this issue with Pros Auto, expecting a simple resolution, he was rudely informed that they couldn't do anything because they had used the headlight they received. Seeking a second opinion, my dad visited a Nissan dealership, where he was told that the wrong headlight had indeed been installed. Returning to Pros Auto for clarification, he was met with more rudeness and excuses about who would pay for the replacement. This entire situation is deeply disappointing. What should have been a straightforward fix has now escalated unnecessarily. We are now forced to involve legal counsel and re-involve the insurance company, all because of poor customer service and a lack of quality control at Pros Auto. The incorrect headlight needs to be replaced promptly and correctly, as it should have been from the start. Pros Auto evidently lacks effective quality control measures and needs significant improvement in customer service, particularly in handling issues when things go wrong. It's easy to provide good customer service when everything goes smoothly; the actual test is how a company handles challenges and resolves issues. Unfortunately, Pros Auto failed this test miserably. We expected better treatment, especially for senior customers who deserve respect and proper service.
