They put the wrong oil in my car for an oil change.. then told me the weight of oil doesn't matter. Car started running funny and cutting off. Had my car towed back to them. And they actually had the nerve to make me buy my own oil when they were at fault.. very bad business

Had a flat spare in the middle of a rain storm, walked over and asked if I could get air put in it so I could get out the road, but instead they gave me a nasty look and shooed me away when im not even 100 yards away, so I had to sit for an hour waiting for a tow when they could've just turned the compressor on for 30 seconds. If they won't do something as simple and nice as that I'd say it shows a lot of character
