If I could give this 0 stars I would. Im not a person to normally write reviews but for this one I will. I actually work across the road from this place and when I got into my accident I was like oh maybe I should go there seeing its right there but I was wayyyy wrong. So the first time I went in there the guy Michael was chilling on the couch and I asked if he would be able to give me a quote from the pictures of the accident I had been in literally the day before. In a rude fashion he sighed and asked if I had full coverage and I told him no. From that moment he wouldn't even talk a price. Instead he would continue to tell me how much a mistake it was and all this other stuff basically belittling me and making it seem like I wouldn't be able to afford the cost so I was like cool and walked. So after that I didn't come back for about 2 months and thought maybe I should give the guy another chance seeing that all he had was a picture to go by. So I pull up and he was outside and I told him I needed a quote. So in a voice sounding like I was bothering him or interrupting him which he was with another customer and I didn't even speak to him yet he said that he wouldn't know because its all messed up and would have to take it all apart to put it back together and how he wished he saw it when it first happen before the hood was on and all this other stuff and speaking down to me AGAIN. AGAIN I just wanted to get him to give me a ballpark to see if I should let him fix it but, instead his customer service was trash. I told him cool all I wanted was a quote and obviously you didn't want to give it to me so ill take my business somewhere else. As im pulling away he continues to say "there is an obvious reason you came to me. Either someone recommended you or you heard about how good my service was". I told him nope the reason was because I literally work across the street. He proceeded to tell me there is no one in charlotte to do the work he does at the price he does. This guys customer service is disgusting. I will make sure everyone that asks about the place to get their work done on the cars to never go there. Customer service is how you make more business. How you treat the customer will only bring in more business but to be talked to the way he does is disrespectful.

Most disrespectful business owner (his name is Mike) I’ve ever met. Constantly talked down to me and belittled me when I was just trying to get information from him. From what I can see based on other reviews, his work is inconsistent. But his attitude and customer service skills are appalling and inexcusable. Avoid at all costs.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Mike was cool but the paintjob was sloppy, no way around that. I took my side skirts here to get painted because they were able to do it for the same price as the guys on craigslist that paint in their backyard. The job should've been simple since it was a brand new part, minimal prep required. There were multiple bubble spots from sloppy painting and one seemed to be cracking under the clear coat. All of this could've been fixed before clear but seems like they were too lazy. Wish I spent the extra $50 and took it to a different shop

Should have READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE stopping by this BODY SHOP!!!! THIS INDIVIDIAL MICHAEL(MIKE) KAHN was Extremely RUDE , UGLY, NASTY, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! He came out to quickly look at the damages. He handwritten(old school way) the estimate within 1 minute. Did not use a computer. Just came up with a QUICK price!!! He handed the estimate. I asked him did he include this damage? He got SO MAD, TOLD ME "TO STOP WASTING HIS TIME". HE SAID HE HAS 50 OTHER THINGS TO DO INSIDE, HAS NOT HAD ANYTHING TO EAT AND HAD EMPLOYEES OUT YESTERDAY!!! I told him don't worry about it. He quickly wrote a PRICE to include that damage angrily. I WILL NOT LEAVE MY VEHICLE IN HIS POSSESSION AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO STOP BY THIS BODY SHOP!!!! MIKE YOU WASTED MY TIME!!!!!!

These guys are top notch. Mike runs a tight ship. They repaired all of the dents in my 08 tundra. Installed new bumpers and painted the entire truck with bedliner. It looks brand new. The day after I got it back I notice a couple of tiny details that need touched up. Took it back and Mike had his guys fix it immediately. I would totally recommend accent auto and painting to anybody.

Bad customer service . I went to get my car service for a damage that I did to my car .Instantly I felt uncomfortable with Mike . He kept asking me why I didn’t want to use my insurance and kept insinuating that I spent the insurance money . In which I don’t even have full coverage. But he tried to make it seem like I was lying when I don’t even know this man and felt like he was stereotyping me He stated there is 2 things that I don’t like “1 working after other ppl work and 2 when ppl take the insurance money and try to fix the car themselves “ and I’m looking like okay what they have to do with me cause neither applies . My thing is why do you care how you get paid as long as you get paid. I DONT HAVE FULL COVERAGE SIR . And he also threaten to ask the man who referred me he stated “ I will ask D and he will tell me straight up “ and I’m like ask who and ask him what ? If I’m lying about my insurance? And I which the person who referred me knew nothing about my car . Anyways I left. He just gave me the vibes that he like over charging Insurance just to get extra money (not saying that’s what he does ) but that’s how he made me feel

I was referred here by my neighborhood app. I had a hole in the bumper of my Lexus from the previous owner. I couldn't believe how great of a job they did! You can't even tell where the hole was, and the paint matches so great! It was so much cheaper than I thought it would be. The owner, Mike, is such a good guy. He explained everything to me so felt comfortable what I was paying for. Look no further, hands down best place to go in charlotte if you need the work done.

After another driver backed into my vehicle Mike at Accent Auto was recommended for the repair which encompassed a crushed hood and grill as well as all that was damaged under the hood behind the grill. He kept me aware of the progress as numerous parts had to be ordered for replacement. He was always friendly and informative. Two thumbs up!

I wish I could also give 0 stars. The owner Mike is a awful person. I went in for a simple estimate to fix my daughter's car. I explained that I did not want to invest a lot of money in the car because it is her first car but I would like to repair the damage hood. However Mike would not give me a simple estimate. He kept talking about the price is this you gonna need this and this cost this much but no estimate on the full amount to fix car. Than he precedes to take apart my car! And I still could not get a straight answer or estimate from him. After getting the run around for over 30 minutes from him I kindly said "please put my car back together and I will go somewhere else" he than lies and says when he open the hood the parts fell off and he was not going to put back on. I was out done! I could not believe this crook. Please know after speaking to him (because I play no games) he had one of his mechanics put my car back like he found it. And I would advise no one goes to him he is a crook and looking for the next fool to over charge.

The owner is really nice! I am so happy with the results of my car it honestly looks brand new. I needed a paint job on one side of my car because it was side swiped and there had also been a shooting in my apartment complex which resulted in my car being hit with 3 bullets....that's another story. But Mike totally took care of me and even fixed a dent that was in my car, no extra charge. And after getting estimates from various places the price I got here was the lowest and I'm sure the best quality! Thanks accent, I am in love with my car just as I was when I first purchased it!

I lived up the street from this place in my first apartment after college over 15 years ago, and they did a paint job on my old lexus back then. It was cheap and came out great!
