I booked an appointment several days ahead and included the specific tires I wanted to purchase. I arrived at the appointment in time and was told that my tires had not arrived. I was told they would be there in the afternoon. The person behind the counter told me they would call me when the tires arrive and I could go back at that time. I left and went home to await their call. At 1:00 pm I called to inquire about the tires and Chris (the person who answered the phone) told me he would call and find out where they are and call me back “in a few minutes.” It’s been over 3 hours. I will not be purchasing my tires from this company. I’ll go to Satto tires instead.

Great customer service! I had tires installed and new tire pressure sensors. Went on a trip and the sensors stopped working, I called Chris he found me a place close to my location and set an appointment for me to get them fixed and helped with the cost of repairs! That’s customer service no excuses no blame they just fixed it from 600 miles away. The manager George even called to see if my problem was taken care of. Great work!

Needed to have an alignment done after replacing my tie rods. Called multiple places and they were the only ones who said they could do it for me the same day, actually, in 90 minutes. Service was excellent and had my car back within the agreed upon time. They even gave me a discount coupon that knocked almost 20% off my bill without me asking

I am satisfied and pleased with service on this car for the last two years, I have been coming when needed. But when you bring your car prepare to sit for hours. Every time I come I sit for hours. This is awful 😔 If you need service, Please leave your vehicle and come back 😡😡😡

I scheduled a 11am because they wouldn’t see me last time because I was 10 minutes late. I came in at 10:53, and the gentleman told me wait for 10 minutes and he still hadn’t checked me in. He said that I would have to wait 2 hours because other cars came in late. Read the reviews. There is a reason why they have a 3.5 rating. Don’t come here. Customer service and organization is terrible.

I picked up a vehicle today from this location, and while the vehicle itself met my needs, I was extremely disapppunted with the unprofessional conduct of the mechanic Dave or David. His demeanor was not welcoming creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Hi David I'm the young lady that parked because I had to come and get air put in the front passenger tire you were I guess trying to park that impala correct well sir if you would have communicated that instead of stairing at me with such disgust on your face I promise I'm a very level headed reasonable person at the end of the day we are not above anybody on this earth we are placed here to be servants and everybody should be treated as that I know in this world we live in people brains are wired differently and that's fine I'm sure you can read between the lines of what I'm saying. David you opening the door blocking me from walking when I was trying to walk past shows exactly who and what you stand for please don't ever try and disrespect me in that wat ever again will not tolerate that treatment or behavior. Management please address this matter promptly to ensure that all customers are treated with professionalism and courtesy they expect and deserve.

I used to be a regular here to get my tires rotated & my oil changed. Then one time they overtightened my lug nuts & cracked the bolt. The manager tried to say it wasn't there fault yet they were the only place I had gone for 3 years! They don't take any accountability for their mistakes. Do not go here, it will cost you.

Just got new tires put on here and I thought they were very nice and straightforward. No sales pressure. It did take a couple of hours but they are BUSY! The waiting room is clean and comfortable.

For the amount of time u really have to wait for just one tire change I had to leave and come back been in the shop since 12pm and still the last to leave at 5ish no kind of courtesy to update mé ask am I okay just hang around looking crazy what hing customer after customer received service promptly but yet I've left and can back and still waiting never mind the fact I'm a loyal customer and I stress the fact that all I needed was a rear driver side tire exchange just picture to show I'm still here at 5:03 and every inquiry about my vehicle I've had to literally walk in the service area I'm super disappointed I'll never come back to GOODYEAR EVER AGIAN!!!!!! IM SO DONE WITH THEM

Popped in with a busted skid cover that partly came off while driving home from the airport. George was a sweetheart and took a look. Knew exactly what happened and fixed it in 15 minutes. The manager said no charge but we tipped George. Thank you so much George and manager for taking care of my car!! Highly recommend. Great customer service.

I had such a great experience at this location. As a woman, I am weary of being oversold or lied to about my car but George was so helpful and efficient! I had a tire issue and he assured me they just needed more air and with no charge. I will definitely be coming back here with any car issues. George gained a life time customer.

Scheduled an appointment for 2:30 pm, it took them 2 hours to start service on my car. When I asked the associate why it was taking so long, he said "OH it was scheduled as a drop off so we don't do it right away." Even when I presented evidence that I had scheduled the appointment for 2:30pm, he still claimed it was a drop off and not an actual appointment, but then said you're car is next in line. This service should have been completed in an hour or so...now late for work thanks to the incompetence.

I went to Goodyear to get an inspection completed. I was I had the unfortunate encounter with Billy. His customer service skills were -1,000,000 and he was lowkey rude. If I wasn’t required to go back there I certainly wouldn’t. He didn’t explain the process and was terrible to deal with. I hope when I go back I get to deal with someone else.

I scheduled an appointment at this location, as I used to use their services pretty frequently once upon a time. When I showed up I was told there wasn’t a technician available until later. I recognize things come up, so I wasn’t so upset that they were short staffed, but I was more so rubbed the wrong way in that I would have really appreciated a heads up before making a trip out there just to cancel my appointment and leaving. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I fear their customer service isn't all that great. It’s not bad, but more than anything I want to feel like they care about my concerns and time as much as I do.

Even when making about the customer service is trash. I rent a vehicle from lyft so I deal with this location often. They dont even look me in the face when I come in, I thought maybe someone was having a bad day but its always a nasty attitude no matter the issue I come up there with. Today my check engine light came on, I set a appointment from 9am and as always the clerk was rude and didnt even acknowledge me standing in front of him as he called someone behind me to get their keys. Long story short, I've been here since 9am and now its 2:22pm and no has even came out to tell me whats wrong with my vehicle if this wasn't a mandatory site for lyft rentals I'd never come here again.

I am a Lyft driver and am so appreciative of the work that Goodyear provides for my vehicle! The customer service is on point to let you understand what is going on with your car and very clear at letting you know what needs to be done! Highly recommend!
