This is the worst place ever do not go there. Was there before 7am and they open at 7 a.m. all the associate was late and then when I saw the associate he said he didn't have the key to open the door. After sitting and waiting for almost 30 minutes I left. I had an issue with my tired that I needed to have checked out so had to go somewhere else.

Short staffed day but only needed a tire replaced. They tried to tack on a lifetime balance and rotation service, but I didn't want that so it took them 20 minutes to get a manager to remove the charge. Next I realized they put the wrong brand of tire in, so I had to get them to fix that. Another extra charge that I didn't ask for. All in all probably a bad day for them but what a mess

Got there at 930 and waited 45 minutes to even be put into the system with only one person in front of me. Once I was put in the system I was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited an additional hour just to be told that they didn’t have the tire that I had chosen and they needed me to pick out a new one. I ended up saying never mind because it had been over 2 hours and they had not even began putting on ONE TIRE. Would not recommend to anyone, should have known better trusting Walmart with anything.

I wish I could have been able to wait till the Black Friday sales for tires but I couldn't. They were very reasonably priced at $110 each, Plus they checked and fixed a tire I already had. I was able to purchase a protection plan for the tires lifetime warranty with roadside assistance.

Hello. On October the 21st of this year I went to the Walmart on Wilkinson boulevard here in Charlotte NC to purchase 2 tires for my car. When the lady associate came and asked me what I needed, I told her I need my front driver tire and back passenger tire replaced. I went there at around 1.30pm. They were fixing my car at around 5pm. The man that was changing my tires was also doing another woman’s car at the same time. He was seriously flirting and laughing with this woman and instead of checking what service my car needed, he gave me the same service he gave that woman. He changed my 2 front tires instead of the passenger rear tire. I went home and didn’t drive my car again until Monday the morning of the 23rd. That’s when I realized that what had happened. I went back to the store and no one would accept responsibility. Especially the manager who’s name is Arron I believe. He told me there was nothing he could do. That he could not magically bring my tire back and he was not going to give me a new tire. He then told me to go and look for a used tire on my own that is around $40 and bring him the receipt and the n he would reimburse me. He also told me that I can call 1800-Walmart but I wouldn’t be helped because it would just come back to him and he still wasn’t going to give me a tire. My question is why is it my job to look for a tire when they’re the ones who threw out a perfectly good one? They’re basically thieves. They replace good used tires with new tires so they can sell them on the side and leave the bad ones that needed to be replaced in the first place. The manager has no character, no integrity and no honor. He told me that he has no one above him to answer to so he basically does what he wants. He lies, speaks and moves like a boy not a man. That’s why those who work under him talk about him badly behind his back.

Today my husband change my moms oil because she couldn’t go to Walmart do to personal reasons my mom has always taken her car to get a oil change now there’s a problem and I want answers and demand to resolve the damage they cause to my moms car they never said anything to her they damage my moms car there’s holes and who ever did her oil damage it because it wasn’t like that at all , all her oil leaking and her car started to smoke

I ordered 4 new tires online and had an appointment a week later. Got there at 9:45 for a 10 AM appointment. Was told nobody showed up for work and they may open at 11. Waited around and still there was absolutely no communication, the employees were talking to us like we owed them something when all we wanted was answers. Around 11:30 after basically begging for help someone reschedules my appointment to tomorrow (today) but I receive an email in the early hours of the morning saying items from my order have been canceled. Highly do not recommend coming here. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service to say the least.

No wonder these people have no time and they had to make appointment for the oil change. I was there today and I see how people were there without paying because their friends work at this Walmart auto car care center. The girls were walking around the guy and they usually don’t know what the heck was going on but I know they were just having free service. I mean if you’re giving free service to certain people that’s why you’re not gonna have time to you all job that you’re actually being paid to De En people is paying their money to get their job done.

DO NOT GO HERE. I made an appointment online for an oil change. When I pulled up no one came to my car the entire time. As I was waiting, a woman pulled up perpendicular to the line. I rolled down my window to ask if she was trying to get through but they ignored me and were eating fast food in the car. 5 whole minutes later she starts repeatedly honking her horn and screaming profanities at me to move my car....I was also sort of blocked in at this point by the cars to my right with limited room to move. I put my car in reverse and as I'm trying to maneuver out of my spot, the mechanic from inside came out and started yelling profanities at me as well. It was insane. I basically wasted 30 minutes of my time only to get no help and get yelled at/harassed. Terrible place, terrible service. Went to Valvoline, a mechanic came to my car immediately even with others in the line. Was in and out in about the same time I wasted in line at Walmart. Plus the mechanics there said they are constantly having to fix people up after Walmart messes up their vehicles lol.

Support, They. didn't want to serve me. They skip me over a customer who came shortly after me. Than lied and told me their tablet used to log me in ran out of battery. They also know I'm driving with bad tires, which is like creating a death sentence. Chris

They did not secure my oil pan when I got an oil change, it was dragging on the road and during my tire change they forgot to secure 3 lug nuts. As other reviews say, nobody greets you either. Horrible and dangerous service, I will not be coming back to any Walmart auto

Went to get tires and an oil change. They are pretty bad when it comes to service showed up with an appointment at 9 and waited till 9:15 till I even saw a perosn. Took close to 2 hrs for them to tell me they couldn’t even do the change due to my car missing parts on my skid plate. Took it to meinikie and they did the oil change no problem.

Purchased new tires. Tech was great! I also went for an oil change but they don't change the oil on foreign cars. Unfortunately, this was NOT listed on their website when I ordered service. All and all it worked out. I chose this location bc the techs and staff are REALLY NICE, HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY! Its not on the best side of town but it's worth it!

I have been coming to Walmart Auto Care Center (Wilkinson Blvd), since living on this side of town now for 3 years. I am always greeted with kindness. They are friendly and have me in and out in no time rather it is a oil change or getting new tires. Today was an oil change and she was great. I don't know her name but she was very helpful. She even made me aware that something was hanging from the front of my car before we even did the service and that she would take care of it when she lift the car to take a look at what it was. I so appreciated that. Thank you!!!
