Dropped my car aroynd 3.55pm and it took me 3 hours to get 4 tires changed. I wait patiently for 2 hours and decided to come closer to take a look. Guess what, a bunch of people just standing their and laughing and doing absolutely nothing. This is the first time I have to use a comment to show how unpleasant a service is. Don’t come here. There is a lot of auto care centers that can do much better. Such a waste of time.

I ordered 4 new tires online and had an appointment a week later. Got there at 9:45 for a 10 AM appointment. Was told nobody showed up for work and they may open at 11. Waited around and still there was absolutely no communication, the employees were talking to us like we owed them something when all we wanted was answers. Around 11:30 after basically begging for help someone reschedules my appointment to tomorrow (today) but I receive an email in the early hours of the morning saying items from my order have been canceled. Highly do not recommend coming here. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service to say the least.

hola, como está? quisiera que me orientara, yo acudí a un walmart auto center a cambiarle el aceite al carro, pedí una cita ( tomaron todos los datos del vehículo )y me la dieron para el día siguiente, cuando me presentó me piden mi nombre le doy los datos, y le digo que aceite quiero( escogí Full sintético y ellos tienen allí la marca del aceite( Castrol) ellos cambian el aceite y el filtro pero cuando me fijo están colocando otra marca de aceite ) le tomo una foto, luego me envían el mensaje que ya estaba listo voy a cancelar para irme a trabajar y cuando ya me retiro en la vía reviso la factura y el recibo de lo que le hicieron. allí noto que colocaron los datos de otro carro que tenía y que le habían dado pérdida total, y además el aceite que colocaron era de otra consistencia( en ves de ser 5w 20 le colocaron 5w 30 y no se ve que sea full sintético ) me regresé para reclamar y la solución que ellos hicieron fue emitir otra factura con los datos del aceite que yo había pedido.🤬

Hello. On October the 21st of this year I went to the Walmart on Wilkinson boulevard here in Charlotte NC to purchase 2 tires for my car. When the lady associate came and asked me what I needed, I told her I need my front driver tire and back passenger tire replaced. I went there at around 1.30pm. They were fixing my car at around 5pm. The man that was changing my tires was also doing another woman’s car at the same time. He was seriously flirting and laughing with this woman and instead of checking what service my car needed, he gave me the same service he gave that woman. He changed my 2 front tires instead of the passenger rear tire. I went home and didn’t drive my car again until Monday the morning of the 23rd. That’s when I realized that what had happened. I went back to the store and no one would accept responsibility. Especially the manager who’s name is Arron I believe. He told me there was nothing he could do. That he could not magically bring my tire back and he was not going to give me a new tire. He then told me to go and look for a used tire on my own that is around $40 and bring him the receipt and the n he would reimburse me. He also told me that I can call 1800-Walmart but I wouldn’t be helped because it would just come back to him and he still wasn’t going to give me a tire. My question is why is it my job to look for a tire when they’re the ones who threw out a perfectly good one? They’re basically thieves. They replace good used tires with new tires so they can sell them on the side and leave the bad ones that needed to be replaced in the first place. The manager has no character, no integrity and no honor. He told me that he has no one above him to answer to so he basically does what he wants. He lies, speaks and moves like a boy not a man. That’s why those who work under him talk about him badly behind his back.
