Figs Auto is the absolute best repair shop that I have ever used, they are flexible, knowledgeable, amazing at dealing with a difficult warranty company, and always kept me updated. The only negative is that they are so far away from me, I wish that I was closer to them. I have a 2016 Smart Fortwo Electric car. And absolutely no one closer to me could or would work on them. So I had to ship this vehicle 2.5 hours away to Figs Auto, I was hesitant at first, I mean I never met them in person or seen their shop prior to sending this car to them, but I felt better after they took the car last minute from another shop and quickly took over the repair. The car isn't finished yet since they have to wait for the part to come in that was very hard to find. However, they more than deserve a good review already. I would highly recommend Figs Auto to anyone that needs a good, easy to work with auto repair shop. I meant to add this, I have mainly talked to Johnny, he is the best with talking to and dealing with customers, I know that a couple of times when I talked to him I was already upset with dealing with the warranty company, but he was calm, explained everything, and made me very comfortable with them taking care of this car, just the way he talks about the diagnostic and repair process makes me feel confident about everyone else there as well.

I’ve been going to Figs for a few years now. Every single time, the customer service knocks it out of the park. You can truly tell they care and want to help you, no matter what. This was once again shown to me when I was driving and noticed one of my tire gauges was leaking quickly. I called a Goodyear near my house to ask for a patch and they told me it would take 3 days for them to even look at my car. I called Figs 3 minutes before they closed, explained the situation and asked if they did patches. Not only did they tell me to come by, they stayed 15 mins late for me to be able to drop my car off and told me they would take care of it first thing in the morning. I called my Lyft to come get me and it was 20 minutes away so I posted up outside for a long wait. It was 5 pm, still sunny outside. Even so, I noticed one of the employees was sitting in his car, waiting. He did not leave until he saw me get safely in my Lyft. He didn’t ask if I needed that or even let me know he was going to stay - he just quietly waited to make sure I was safe. This act of kindness was so above and beyond just taking my car last minute. I don’t know why I even bothered to call anyone else. The guys at Figs are phenomenal, and you won’t find me going anywhere else for anything car related.

What a great experience it was to have found Figs Auto Repair when I googled, and been able to read many of the 300+ reviews available to decide that this was the shop for me. Figs makes it easy to do business with them. Since I needed to leave the car overnight they arranged for a rideshare trip home. When the evaluation was ready they sent me a detailed report of the work needed, supported by photos, of the issues my car had, and what it would cost me to get each isdued resolved. Also, they called me to answer my questions, and tjey even agreed to some pricing concessions. My car was ready the next day mid afternoon. Again, they arranged my rideshare to pick up my car. When I arrived I was delighted when I saw that my car had even been washed and vacuumed! It was easy to do business with Figs Auto Repair. I highly recommend it. 🤗👍💕

My experience with Figs was nothing but fantastic. As a woman, I'm always skeptical of car mechanics trying to scam me but was very pleased with how honest and straightforward they were, especially Johnny. He kindly replaced a piece I brought in, which they were technically not supposed to do, but Johnny kept his word and still did the service. It was extremely gracious of him to do that, no matter how small the job and I'm so grateful. They have earned my business and I will definitely be back. Thanks Johnny!

Fig Auto is hands down the best I’ve experienced. I will always rely on them going forward. Communication has been superior and trustworthy throughout. My Audi was in their shop for about 5 weeks waiting for a shifter assembly from Germany. After a few more tweaks my car is now doing great and so am I

This is Langston with my 04 ford focus and I got to say this was the best experience I’ve had with my car and I was recommended to this play by a family and this is hands down best place I’ve went to get my car fixed at. They was polite and real with me about my car. Associate named Johnny really helped me and get my car situated and now my car is like brand new thanks to them with no problems. Definitely recommend to anyone needing help with their car.

I recently had my oil changed here. I am normally fairly cautious when trying out a new auto shop as I’ve found money hungry shops always tack on ridiculous charges and “things that you need”. Being that they did such a good job with my oil change, I brought my car back in for the transmission fluid change. Great job. I’ve found this place to be Reliable and trustworthy.

I will ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS come to this auto shop if I can help it, and here's why: First, they are the most honest repair shop I've ever been to. They are not commission based, and their prices are what they are, so they have no reason to sell you a dream. Johnny is very big on educating you, from the jump, and will tell you where they can and cannot help you. And Jeremy (the Manager) is VERY caring and treats your issue like a person, not just a mechanic. And he takes responsibility for things instead of trying to blame the customer. Norman, who worked on my car, is VERY experienced and will tell you, flat out, what is best is not best for you. He cares more about your safety than making a dollar. I had a weird situation, in which I gave them a hard time about, and instead of kicking me out and being outright dismissive, which they actually had the opportunity to do at that time, they stayed, they listened, they were patient, and they actually let me chew them out. And, even after that, they STILL gave me the most honest, most feasible resolution, even though they knew and could prove they would not profit from it. Even when they knew, and could show me they wouldnt profit off the resolution they gave me, they still, patiently, gave me the answer to my problem. On top of great service, they have a helluva warranty (3 years) on whatever they service you, and they have other company policies that benefit the customer. And I cannot reiterate enough the amount of care Jeremy shows. Jeremy warmed up my girls' food (pretty cooked their mac'n cheese bowls for me) bc we would be there for hours, and even asked us if we needed anything when walking to the store (he even still remembers that he "owes" one of my girls a grape juice, haha! - it is a now a running joke of ours). And I love how Norman will give it to you straight, with love. He will always give you the best recommendation and honest resolution when advising you of your problem. And the bathroom is SO clean! I was honestly shocked at how well-kept it is, especially for this to be an all-male run facility. Thanks again, you guys at Figs. I will be coming back after following your instructions and recommendations. You don't only work on cars here, you treat people like (or better than) family. Peace and love.
