I took my 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee in for a AC check, to find out i needed a AC compressor 😭😭😭 Heather was REALLY nice about EVERYTHING!!! It was a little pricey but they were able to knock off a couple of dollars which was alright with me. I left my car there overnight because I got there at like 230 and they wasn't able to fix it that day because they close at 5pm which was alright too. I picked my car up the next day at 1130am. Needless to say I am burr burr in my car and a happy customer 😊 Thank you for getting me back cool again 😎

Once again, I find myself in need of pause those services. Pazo and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Heather was so nice and professional and so courteous to our needs. She took the time to explain. The services are car needed, and the prices involved so we could make the best decision possible. My car was repaired in a timely manner with no surprise cost and his work was reasonably priced. I will definitely use Pazo’s garage again.

I went to another shop to get an oil change done and the shop I went to was utterly unethical and unprofessional. They not only put too much oil, but they also didn't tighten the drain plug and it caused an oil leak. I called Pazo to let them know about what I endured with the other car shop and Heather told me to come on in and they would take care of my car. Heather and her friendly staff did just that! I highly recommend Pazo Garage.

So first time I went to get my car serviced everything was fine. Everyone was professional and communicative. I decided I should come by a second time because I was in the area to get my car checked for issues. Dropped the car off at about 12 and called 30 min before closing (4:30 pm) to see about any updates and I’m told the car is still being checked. I arrive to the shop at 5:10 and it’s closed car on the lift still and no one telling me they’re keeping the car another day just to check my issue. Not sure if he’s the owner but he seemed more worried about shooting a video than communicating with his customer I just decided to take the car back. His employee was more courteous to apologize than the guy worrying about the video.

Pazo Garage have some very friendly professional workers. Heather in the office was such a pleasure to explain my need for my car over the phone and in person. Heather understood the assignment. The wait time was very reasonable being that this was my 1st time there and I had a radiator install with other work done. I didn't need my car inspected, but the customers that came in, Pazo got them in and right out less than 20 minutes or less. NO long wait time at all. My new go to and I thank you all at Pazo Garage for getting the job done to keep my car running. Just like a restaurant, I highly recommend, it's a MUST TRY!
