I’ve been bringing my Mercedes to Charlotte Star for over a decade now, and I can’t say enough good things about Dan, Joe, and the rest of the team. They’ve taken care of both my older Mercedes and now my newer one, and I trust them completely. They’re honest, they don’t try to upsell you, and they always explain things clearly. The service is always excellent, and everyone who works there is just genuinely kind and helpful. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this trustworthy—and it’s the only place I’ll ever take my car in Charlotte even though it's 40+ minutes from my house now. Highly recommend!
