I had a good experience getting my car checked quickly. Spent around 1 hr. Got my car checked for brakes, oil leaks(minor) and had issues with drop in acceleration at certain speeds/rpm. Had suspected something to do with my turbo engine, but it turned out to be bad air filter, which was replaced. Was charged 60 bucks including labor. Ali Bhai is friendly and understood the urgency I had. Thanks Ali Bhai.

Both my wife and I have taken four cars there since he has been open. We always get the best prices (we do shop around sometimes), and have never had a problem with the work. I have worked for dishonest mechanics before, and Ali is not one of them. We will always take our vehicles there.

Giving zero stars. Changed my vehicles rack and pinion from here back in Jan 2020. Had some maintenance work done recently from another mechanic and found out that the rack and pinion is leaking. Even Ali automotive inc acknowledged rack and pinion was leaking when took for oil change to them this year and didn’t give a right response. Horrible service charging me close to $1000 back then for the change and came across this issue recently . I don’t understand why they do service if they can’t do it properly. They are just looking to make money with no honesty in service.

MOMS BEWARE!!! At first I will be honest I felt really bad about wanting to write a negative review about this place because I didn't want to appear ungrateful. Ali was nice and the service was quick. But as a mother I would never want anyone to feel what I feel right now with a car I don't even feel safe in with my children. I work hard and sacrifice alot of valuable time with my children to provide for them and it not only pisses me off it hurts to waste money that I need. I spent almost $1000 for a car that sounds worse and drives almost worse than it did when I took it in.Now I have to save more money to take it to a place that will actually fix it. My car is shaking on the highway, it's loud and never made noise . Alignment? What Alignment? Just writing this review is getting my emotions worked up.I need my vehicle I have small children.A woman's biggest fear with her car is being taken advantage of and I can say that's how I feel. The one star is for Ali. He was nice. But nice doesn't fix a car or make my children safe.

Zero stars. Over charged. The chevy dealership quoted me under $300. They charged me $332. Power steering fluids $35. Chevy dealership $15. Then they quoted me $200 for 1 tire. Please don't go to this place.

I recently visited Ali Car Care after my friends recommendation as I was facing issue with my cars Air conditioning. Mr. Ali provided with a genuine opinion about the issue and a reasonable cost estimate for him to fix it. It’s been close to month now and it’s working perfectly fine (we even had a long drive last weekend which was about 600 miles). Really happy with the work he and his team has performed. This shop is now renamed to Ali Car Care. They are very reliable and professional. They never suggest to change or upgrade unnecessarily. They do the job quickly with the best price. Highly recommended for used cars. I have done my NC state inspection, AC service, brake service and other small services and very happy with the service and price. A great thing about them is they don't charge for inspection of the problem unlike the branded auto shops.
