I went to this shop to get my EKG Valve replaced because my check engine light was on because of it. They “said” they replaced it but about a week later my check engine light came back on and the diagnostic test had the same exact results indicating that the EKG Valve was bad. I was already iffy about going here and now I know that I will NEVER go here again!!! They also did work on my moms car and they told her that her timing belt was making her car run hot.

If I could give this shop a 0 rating I would. The shop was suppose to fix my 08 f250 diesel torque conver clutch solenoid. My warranty company paid them to replace the entire torque converter , they damaged my transmission after improper installment of torque converter . Then my warranty company paid them to rebuild components in the transmission . The truck also has a starting issue . I paid $150 for a diagnoses and they tried to charge $700+ to install ignition switch, cylinder and starter that I paid $200+ for. None of these thing fixed my starting issue . The head mechanic Eric also put gasoline in my diesel engine . I will be sueing viper auto as they had my truck 2 months and the truck is still not starting or running after all the money my warranty company and I have spent at viper . Worst experience and very poor service and attitude from the shop manager Victor .

Lemon lot. They sell bad cars . I know someone just bought a car from this shop on 4 31 22 . They turn lights off and not fix the issue why the light on The person whole dash shouldn't lit up the same day purchasing a car. Traction control abs light , tire pressure sensor monitor, transmission light and more. Tax time car lots and shops take advantage of females purchasing vehicles. The car has a fake inspection ain't no way it passed inspection with all them lights on.

Do not go to this place if you don't want to get rip off. One of my guest had my cars tow to this location under Turo. Without any information about this repair shop because of lack of communication they told me the only way to get my car from them is to pay the storage fee. Tried to get the car from them on Sunday but they do not open. I have never heard of a repair shop that charges you a storage fee before you consider having them work on your car. a little backwards but it's ok this same report will be going to BBB and other social media to get the word out .

I got my car from Victor last year February it’s been nothing but problems with this car that he knew about before selling it. Car kept shutting off at lights and he tells me that it’s my problem! Knowing he gave me the car messed up. Then he made me pay $1,600 to fix the car and it started shutting off the next 3 days and he puts all the blame on me again. And I still have to pay the $1,600. Victor is a scammer and just wants your money!! I lost my car that was getting me and my kids from point A to point B and that’s barely. DO NOT GO TO VIPER AUTO FOR A CAR I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO VIPER AUTO FOR A VEHICLE. Victor is the owner and he is a scammer.
