$160 to put on a serpentine belt that’s 98% of the way on? Yeah, right. Do your research and find a reputable mechanic with fair pricing. This one ain’t it.

I called to request a specific service and time. I got a “good price” and granted the time frame requested with Jerry (mechanic). I waited all day and they never showed up. Jordan the manager tried sending another mechanic the next day, reaching out to me at (4am) however for almost DOUBLE the price. They had no other option for me but to pay more after being stood up. Jerry till this point hasn’t reached out. I requested to cancel the service since day one and it’s almost as if they were refusing since I asked at least 5 times to cancel and they wouldn’t do it, just like they didn’t keep their word on the agreed cost. They charged me a portion of the service that didn’t happen and now I have to wait 7-10 days to get the money back. Jordan (manager) was very responsive yet failed to take responsibility over the situation and make it right.
