i Was at the dealer for other work. Windshield needed to be replaced. They suggested Arrowhead as they are right on site. Arrowhead failed to call me and I’m waiting for my car so I called the glass company I usually use. Arrowhead finally called and I told them I’m not using them. The person then told me that my insurance probably won’t pay for the camera reprogram because I’m not using Arrowhead. That’s not true. The person wouldn’t let it go. Basically coercing me into using their company under false pretenses. I won’t use them.

I bought a truck from Peoria Nissan with a cracked windshield. They paid for the replacement. Thursday, July 22nd, Arrowhead Auto Glass replaced the window. Friday, July 23rd, I went to leave my office and the new glass had 3 cracks emerging from beneath the window trim. I figured "no big deal, bad window they will replace it". After waiting a week for someone to come inspect it, the technician basically accused me of lying, stating "This was hit by something, there's no way it just broke". My daily commute is 1.2 mile to my office from home. I can assure anyone reading this, nothing hit the window on my mile drive home or my mile drive back to the office the following morning before the cracks appeared (from beneath the window trim mind you again). Now it has been another 2 weeks, I'm writing this on August 11th, 2021. The 3 small cracks that came 4 inches above the trim now span about 50% of the window. Arrowhead Auto Glass will not return my calls, and appear to not be standing behind their product and/or workmanship. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for getting glass service done on your vehicles. I wish 0 stars was an option, one star is much too high for the customer service and support I've received from them so far.

I recently bought a vehicle from Camelback Ford and they replaced the cracked windshield through Arrowhead Auto Glass. Setting up the appointment was very easy and quick. I got my windshield replaced today (2/24/2020) and it was the easiest process. The hardest part was honestly getting Geico to come inspect the windshield to ensure that they would cover the claim. I got to work with Devin who was incredible. He was always quick to call me with any update no matter how minor it was. I heard from him at some point every day so I never felt like I was in the dark. From making the claim, to the inspection, the approval, ordering parts and setting a date and time, we were able to get everything done within a week. I would absolutely recommend Devin to anybody looking to repair or replace their windshield.

I had my windshield replaced at the dealer since it needed calibration. Once I got home, I noticed glass splinter all over my dashboard and seat. I'll never use this company again. Sloppy work and rude office staff. Business must be going well since I had call Arrowhead Auto Glass 4 times to make sure things were moving forward. 3 weeks to get a windshield replaced. Next time I'll take my insurances suggestion and go with someone else.

Everything about this process was made easy by the team at Arrowhead Auto Glass! From the time I called and spoke with Melanie, very pleasant and helpful, to speaking with Amber to schedule, order the glass, assist with calling the insurance company, and facilitating the whole repair, and then to top it off speaking with Tim who was so thankful and appreciative, the experience could not have been better. The technician that came out to do the work was prompt and very professional as well. Thank you team arrowhead auto glass! Very great experience. After going through a lot of frustration trying to get my windshield replaced on a Nissan 350z, Rose at arrowhead auto glass was finally the one that was able to make the replacement happen! Neither Safelight or Nuvision auto glass had the competency to deal with my issue. Since some of the parts for 350z's are not made anymore they simply just decided I was too difficult to deal with and dropped me. That's when I decided to reach out to a Nissan dealership who recommended me to Rose at Arrowhead. She understood my issue exactly and was able to accomplish what no one else seemed to be able to do. Thank you so much!!

We had the windshield on a Ford Explorer replaced in the end of 2020 due to a crack. The work was done through insurance coverage and at the time we were satisfied. However, the seal on the window has failed and we learned they do not provide a workmanship guarantee past 30-days. Fast forward to late summer/fall 2023 the seal on the glass has begun to fail causing both noise which was quickly followed by leaking. I called the company, leaving messages each time which were never returned. It took over two weeks before I finally got an answer to my situation. About 1 in 8 times that I called was the phone answered. I was leaving messages at their main number, the manager's number, and technicians who I was forwarded to after calling the other service centers in the building to try and get to someone who would answer the phone. I spoke with someone first who said they would call me back because they did not have an answer at the time, but a week later, and they never did. Proceeding to try to call repeatedly again, when I finally spoke with someone this time, they told me they only guarantee their work for 30-days. Many others including Safelite, who we originally chose not to go with, provide life-time guarantees. It is my belief, that for a company not to stand by their workmanship when it should be readily expected to last the life of the vehicle, they can not be trusted to work on any vehicle of mine again. Final Rating: <2.5 stars.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rather, complete lack thereof! I have been trying to get in touch with Brittany for 6 weeks now in regard to a windshield issue I have been dealing with since the end of January. Every time I call them, they say “oh, she just stepped out of the office- can I have her call you back?” And they NEVER return my phone call. I have asked to speak with management and all I am ever told is that “they’re in meetings”. Absolute worst customer service!!!

Wonderful customer service on the phone and in person and they did a great job 😁. The only problem is that this company is shared with the Acura car lot so you have to deal with the car service people to notify the Arrowhead glass people that you are here 🙈 and I wanted to thank the auto glass technicians that did such a good job on my truck but they were nowhere to be found to thank them 🙈🫤 so thank you Arrowhead Auto Glass for doing such a great job 😎❤️

Just letting everybody know ! This people just committed insurance fraud with my insurance company! They were sent a cancellation notice of my job because I decided to go with another glass shop. Today 09/24/25 I just realized they called and impersonated me and told the insurance that ‘I didn’t want the service with the glass shop and wanted to go back to the original’ PLEASEEEEEE avoid them since this isn’t the first time it has happened to someone!

Arrowhead Auto Glass did an amazing job replacing windshields on 3 of my cars (yes, I was slightly procrastinating) and they had much better pricing than their competitors. It was nice that they came out to where I was and they were able to do it quickly. They also had great customer service. I would reccomend them to anyone!
