This place is amazing, and they really do care about their clients. They are really good at communicating and explaining the work they are doing and why. I went there, and I honestly felt that they genuinely care about their clients. I went in for a check engine light only to find out the car that I bought was missing a piece of my engine. They explained what they would try to do to fix it and communicated all the pricing. I got my car back from them and had no issues since I got back from them. Elston Auto Care is the only place I will bring my car from now on!

Don’t ever recommend coming here they lie and don’t do their job correctly I brought in my car to do my engine mounts and they absolutely did nothing but mess things up then proceeded to lie in my face while the engine is jumping in front of us horrible

This was my first visit. Previous related work was done by another specialty shop. An abnormal noise worsened and I was uncomfortable driving the car, especially at high speeds. Jesse and his mechanics were very thorough and found part of the steering and suspension (control arm) was not tightened correctly-was very loose. Could have been dangerous driving. As a woman seeking auto eval/repair their patience in answering my questions and treating me in a respectful manner was impressive. Their charge was more than fair for the amount of time involved. They also prioritized any work that was recommended and did not push unnecessary work that could wait. This will now be my new auto repair shop!

This is a place you can trust! I was super uneasy about the cost of getting my suspension replaced on my Lexus LX450 because it has the additional automatic air suspension parts. David and Jesse are amazing! They take the time to explain everything they have done and what is needed. They answer any questions you may have. My car was having an electrical issue. They took the time to check every sensor and followed every wire in the wire harness. Just to make sure every wire and sensor were working properly and without damage. This is the only place I will go. Thank you!

Had the Master Cylinder go out on me the night before Valentines Day while out for a drive in my 2014 Focus ST. I personally messaged the owner, Jesse, on Facebook through the Arizona RST group which had recommended him multiple times. He got back to me within a few hours, had taken my car 2 days later on Monday the 16th for an after hours drop off, and by Wednesday afternoon my car was ready. I had many other repairs done to my car like turbo oil recirculation line, rear sway bar links, an alignment and they even recommended other things but overall a very thorough inspection from the techs and quick turn around. The car drives great again thanks to their work. Thank you Elston Auto Care. Will be back again for any future major repair.
