I’ve been here twice and had issues. My husband got an oil change and they messed up his mass airflow sensor and they also messed up mine as well. I decided to give them another shot today because I just needed my oil changed, but when we got there they said they were out of a lot of oil. They said they had mine in stock so my husband and I went to sit in the waiting area when the other employee was working on a car that looked like his own since no one else was in there and told us “bad day to get an oil change”. That was extremely unprofessional and that ultimately was what made us leave. The waiting area also smelled awful like cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend this location or jiffy lube. They’ve messed up mine and my husbands car and just genuinely am thankful they deterred me away here because they probably would’ve messed up my car again. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Just bought an older cadillac was really reserved about letting someone other than myself.Touch itBut due to circumstances, time was of the essence.So I made a quick stop.Not only do they accommodate me.They went above and beyond to do an inspection to assure my safety And they even educated me.Did you know that jiffy lube does larger mechanic work other than oil changes?I did not know that will definitely be stopping back in best service I've had....big props to in store management and Zachary u guys r awesome ppl

I went to Jiffy Lube for a jiffy lube. After an hour and 15 minutes I was all done. What happened to the free lube if not done in 15 minute guarantee? I’ll try Valvoline next time.

Normally I’m pleased I’ve come back several times. I’m moved to Arizona in 2022 and I usually go to PepBoys but the nearest location closed and I pass Jiffy Lube it’s just a quarter of a mile from my home so until now it’s been fair. Yesterday, my visit was not good because my windshield wipers needed replacing and I was not asked but what makes me not revisit is that I was told the windshield wipers were good. I told the guy that’s not so because my wipers needed replacing the passenger side is completely off. Need I go any further. My son will replace them and make sure my oil is good. I’m sending a picture. Blessings

Service was good the team overheard in the office. Joe, hold those meetings about people sleeping around until after work or not at all. I was disturbed and had to excuse myself and fear bees which I'm allergic to. Honestly will go back. Could write a book about the overshared conversation.

I had such a nice experience today. The young man who helped me was so helpful. I think his name might have been Armand not positive. Anyhow he was very honest and told me I really wasn't due for an oil change and he saved me a lot of money and as a senior I really appreciate that. He was kind enough to top off all my fluids and I was on my way. Thank you so much. I will be back when it's time for my oil change.

I’ve been going to this location for YEARS. This was my first visit in years that one of the workers didn’t try to shoo me off or encourage me to come back at a later date. They always tell me they are short staffed and the wait is long, even if I’m the only one there lol I spoke with Joe this visit and let him know this is the first tilt they haven’t tried to make me leave! Joe said that won’t happen any more!! Such a good visit and Hoe actually looked at my fluid levels. Very pleased and he finished up my oil change in a quick manner. Good job!!

Searching for inexpensive places with good quality work Jiffy Lube came up with a $26 coupon for a full synthetic oil change. I pulled in the gentlemen were kind. Professional and respectful got me in and out and explained everything applied the coupon and within 20 minutes my car was done with a complete quality oil change. I really went in with a positive attitude and left a bit upset. I went in thinking the oil change would only take 15 minutes it took an hour and 15 minutes. The mechanic performing my service was kind and very informative while checking out but I needed the full costumer service experience. I sat there and watched my car from the beginning to the end. It’s like they drained the oil and it just sat and sat and sat. Every time I stood up they just touched and moved random objects to appear busy. I ended up being late for work and didn’t get to grab breakfast. That is a personal issue but my day would have been better planned had I known it would take that long. The manager kept turning his back on the costumer and did not keep the customers informed. He closed the glass window thinking we couldn’t hear him yelling on the phone. I was delayed another ten minutes because he shut down the whole front desk for an interview. I felt bad for the candidate because his interview seemed rushed. I just think costumers should be notified before the service is started about the wait or how long the actual time to complete. There was only one car in front of me. I really wanted to make this my new oil change spot since it’s so conveniently close. But sometimes is worth traveling further out. The mechanic needs to be trained as manager and the manager needs to stay behind the front desk, he just kept getting in the way and just kept yelling demands rather than assisting. Happy New Year.
