Called at 7:45 am ask if Don if he could get me in. He said comm on over it'll take maybe an hour or so. Got there at about 8 am and was headed down to road at 9:05. New exhaust from the cat back. New flow master and they got it up tight in between the frame and body because this jeep isn't a concrete queen its going to go get dirty. Thanks for such a great job. Would recommend to anyone that needs a new tale pipe.

Their price was less than estimates I had gotten from 3 other places, were fast, courteous, and was actually even a little cheaper than they quoted me! They did not try to upswell or add on…and gave me a 2 year warranty!! Can’t say enough about how great they were in every way! Thank you MAD HATTER!! (Don is who I dealt with). I took my Jeep elsewhere for a squeak I was having and the told me my muffler was hanging on by a thread and need to replace everything from the engine back. I brought my car to Mad Hatter and was informed I had 2 bolts that had rusted out and flange that needed to be replaced. $50 later squeak is taken care of and saved $4000. I recently had my catalytic converter stolen and was having trouble finding a mechanic to fix it at a reasonable price. I was referred to this Mad Hatter location. I called and spoke with Don, when I bought the car in he put it up and looked at it and gave me an estimate. He fixed my car per agreed estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. I had a great experience here. I called and spoke with Justin and he gave me some suggestions as to what it might be and had me come down to the shop. I was realistically expecting to pay $1000 but once they got the truck up on the lift and diagnosed the problem they charged me $100 out the door. They could have easily ripped me off and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I can’t say enough about these guys, great work and integrity to boot. If I have any problems in the future for work on my personal vehicle this is where I’m coming. I would advise you to also.

These guys are the best!!!! I've been going to them for years and every time they do an excellent job at a cheap price. This time they did the exhaust on my truck and did a custom dual exhaust. 1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe (manual) Highly recommend this father/son shop, the crew's teamwork to bust out a custom cat-back exhaust was impressive. eBay exhaust died, so brought in Flowmaster resonator and muffler. They bent 2.5" aluminized steel piping to make a one piece exhaust after the catalytic converter. This is a lowered car, so they also tucked in/up the larger diameter resonator which was the lowest part of the new exhaust. Excellent work, caught some janky stuff upon inspection, addressed all minor issues, exhaust is 100% bulletproof, and sounds great!

Freaky fast! I went in to get a cat converter welded on, they told me they'll finish it up in under 30min. To my surprise not even a full 10min later they had it installed and everything and it was pretty cheap too! Definitely would recommend them, simple and straight to the point.
