My family has been going here for car repairs for years. They are honest and priced right. I had a minor issue and they ran diagnostics for free and quoted me a price for a repair if it needed it- they said to just watch it for a few months. Also advised me to check with my car dealer first to see if its covered by them- since I still have some warranty left. I will definitely return should I require their work.

I don't leave too many reviews. Usually only good ones and when it's well deserved. I've been going to DVCC for 3 years and can say confidently that there are few businesses out there that deserve 5 Stars like they do. Deer Valley Car Care is the kind of place you hope for in an auto repair shop. I am lucky enough to have them within walking distance or I may have never found them. I am hoping my review (along with others) helps more people find this jewel in the desert. I take all 3 of my vehicles here and won't take them anywhere else, unless DVCC recommends it. Though, they seem to be equipped to handle most repairs, even with some of the newest technologies. Honest? Extremely! They recommend only what you need and explain things thoroughly. Not pushy at all. Their pricing is very competitive if not better than most. Three years and never once felt gouged. The Staff is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. You can just tell that they actually appreciate your business. I hope this review helps. Use Deer Valley Car Care with confidence.

Do NOT trust these guys!!! They seem reputable but they are NOT. If you don’t enjoy being scammed, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Tried to scam me out of around $3,000 by CREATING a problem that did not exist by unplugging a sensor and adding a band as a stopped to it so it wouldn’t plug back in as normal and also loosened different bolts. After removing the stopper, plugging in sensor and retesting everything, there was NO ISSUES and code was gone. Several months later, still NO CODE.

I have always had great experiences here. I have taken my car in multiple times and they have always diagnosed and fixed my car at very reasonable pricing. They are very honest about the work they do and will tell you what is most necessary to do on your car first. I have sat inside on many occasions waiting for my car and have only ever heard pleasant conversations and positivity throughout the whole place. They are very respectful to everyone, in person and on the phone. They are not aggressive with selling and usually have many options of what you can do. I definitely trust what they tell me and only feel that way based off of the several conversations I have had with them about my personal car. I even moved about 15 miles away and continue to drive my car there to have them to do the work.

When my air bag light came on, I brought it in. They were able to clear the code but since they weren’t 100% sure it was the clock spring. They did not preform any work. The positive- they charged me $0 for the diagnostic work. The light came on again and they were able to confirm it was the clock spring. However come to find out Kia does not make this part. So I was out of luck in getting it fixed. Again they did not charge me anything. Great place and will bring all my other cars here for service.

These guys are the best. They always give a fair price and fix my car in a reasonable time. As much as I hate it when my car has issues I'm glad I have them to go to. Update: It's been several years that my family has gone there and it's always been great. I'm now needing to get a new car and I could not be more glad with the amount of advice I got. This place is still the best.

I have been using Deer Valley Car Care for years and cannot rate them highly enough. Tony and Rich are knowledgeable about all things related to automobiles and so honest. For all repairs they are excellent on quoting me a price and explaining in detail the work they do on my vehicles and foreseeing future repairs that I may need to start budgeting for. There are never any surprises. I suspect they have a long list of loyal customers, so if you plan to become part of that list be prepared to schedule out your appointments for service by about a week. They are busy making lots of customers happy and you'll have to wait your turn.

I go here regularly for oil changes and they are honest with great pricing and service. I just had a 50K service done and they completed it a little cheaper than estimated, and an hour earlier as well. I didn't receive any calls of extra things that need to be fixed. They told me my SUV is in great shape and in about 10 to 12 thousand miles my front breaks need to be replaced, but the back ones look great. I also had the appointment booked within 5 days of calling. I definitely recommend Deer Valley Car Care. Very clean shop as well!

I took my car to Deer Valley Car care because my car had engine light on and was getting the Mass Air Flow fault codes. They quoted me $150 for diagnostic fee which was 50% more than the my previous mechanic shop and even higher than the Dealer! But since I was already there, and they had good reviews. I agreed. I also told them that I had already replaced the mass air flow sensor and it did not make a difference. At the end of the day, they gave me a report that the problem is either the MAF sensor or the Turbo going bad and the cost of it was over $3000! I know that cannot be the turbo. So I replace the MAF sensors again in case I had gotten a bad sensor first time and the problem was still there. After that, I did some search on line and found out that this was actually a common problem with small turbo engines especially GM cars. And the problem in most cases were the dirty throttle body! How could they not know or check the throttle body for Air flow issues? I opened the throttle body and sure enough the throttle was very dirty and had gummed up a bit. I followed the online process and cleaned it up. After that the car idle was noticeably smoother and no more fault code or engine light. I went back to shop to let them know. Instead of apologizing and refunding the diagnostic fee, they said that I should have kept taking the car back to them so they would change all the parts themselves, MAF sensors, Turbos, and who knows what else before they could finally find the issue while I was paying thousands of dollars.! Very disappointed with their technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, and above all very poor business ethics, they do not take any pride or responsibility for their work.
