The only time I write a review is if something was really good or really bad. I'm so happy to be writing a review worth while. I had the pleasure of having Zane & a few other employees do my oil change. Zane went over & beyond what most people do when tuning up a vehicle not to mention his customer service skills are on point. I've told everyone I know about how refreshing it is find a place that does their job and does their job well. I found this place because there was a Groupon but even if moving forward I have to pay full price for an oil change I'm will happily pay it.

They ended up rotating my tires for a great price. The Ford dealers in the area get horrible reviews which is why I came here and was not disappointed.

The workers are EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. Ezra went above and beyond with my oil change! I was supposed to have a top side drain and fill but the oil wasn’t coming out so they made sure to drain it underneath and told me if I was EVER low on oil, I can come back and they would top it off for free. They told me if the oil pan bolt stripped or went missing that they would replace that for free as well. Highly recommend this place, they are a bit pricey, but the money is WELL worth your time. I can promise you that!

Josh was amazing from the start. Made me feel super comfortable and welcome. I have some car knowledge but I still always dread the upselling of services I don’t need. He was not pushy. He was pleasant and had good energy throughout the visit. He explained everything he was doing also, and even gave me a bottle of water while completing my oil change. Highly recommend. Josh was absolutely amazing!! As a young woman who has been getting her car fixed and serviced at different places for about 7 years this was easily the best experience I’ve had, I didn’t feel nervous or like I was getting scammed, I felt like I was genuinely taken care of and honestly he went above and beyond! Great customer Service, Me and my wife have been coming to this location for about 2 years now. This week my check engine light came on, I stop by the Crew was friendly greeted me, Assured me that they could handle whatever issue my vehicle was having. Always returning customer. I have two children they always give them small treats and always offer water as we wait for service. Quick and easy car service and gets the job done well overtime. The specialists know what they are doing. Great prices. They also offer extra needs for your car without you having to ask them and they easily explain if my car needs extra maintenance or if I have questions they know how to communicate well. I would give this spot 10/10! Exceptional job. My car never has any issues afterwards trustworthy and reliable for families. Would recommend Ezra and Keesie and many other service auto specialists.
