Last week took my 20012 Bounder into Scott for electrical problem. They have worked on my coach before and have been excellent. After conducting a diagnosis of the electrical problem it was found that the problem was USER ERROR!!!!!!!!! When I went to pick up my Bounder, Scott advised me that there was no charge. Scott said that they ran some tests and that is the only time that they had into it. It is not often that you encounter a business with this type of customer service and high ethical standards. Took my Eclipse 5th wheel toy hauler. The main slideout was not operating properly. 5 other RV repair places had tried to fix it. Scot spoke with the manufacturer, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and repaired the issue quickly. He had great communication the whole time. Will definitely return for repairs on all my trailers in the future! GREAT RV REPAIR EXPERIENCE!! And I have never said that before.

We were told by another service, that we would have to replace the motor for our slide out, $1200 for the part,$300 for shipping and and that didn't include installation. Kiss RV took 24 hours to tell us that it was just a loose electric connection. They fixed it and lubed both slides and $100 later, we were good to go. I literally could have kissed them!

Kiss my RV was great. I made an appointment to have the inverter/charger on my motorhome checked out and the tank level indicators checked out. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with the level indicators and made adjustments on the inverter. Steve kept me informed on their progress which is something exceptional in my book. Other repair shops leave you in the dark and you have to call them to find out what is going on. Also their prices are very reasonable. I definitely will be using them for any future needs.

I would give 6 stars to this business if I could. Kelly and Scott are pros and really take pride in their work. We needed a new roof skin, and various goodies replaced on our roof. Everything was done on time, at or above specs and they even took care of a couple of miscellaneous, non-roof items pro bono. We wanted to camp while the trailer was in the shop and Kelly was extremely gracious about the process of picking up the trailer and dropping it back off, after hours. This is truly one of the best experiences in memory I've had with a business. These guys are just good humans, who know how to fix RVs. Thanks Kelly and Scott. You guys rock.
