TOYOWEST is honestly and truthfully the BEST place to take any of your Toyota/Lexus vehicles. I took my 1999 4Runner to 3 different shops before TOYOWEST and they all told me to replace parts that didn’t even fix the problem. The first time I bring it to TOYOWEST, roger offers me a solution, and it actually makes a TRUE noticeable difference. He also inspected my car thoroughly. Will recommend and come here for everything for my 4Runner from now on!

Outstanding service!! Our Camry had a problem with the front air dam as the result of striking a concrete parking lot bumper. I wanted to have it repaired before leaving on a long road trip. After reading numerous on-line reviews of Toyowest Automotive, I called and spoke with Roger. He said if I would take it in to him, he'd take a quick look at it and let me know what repairs were needed. He put it on the lift and in 15 minutes had it fixed. As busy as he was, he stopped to help a first time customer, then would not accept any payment! You can bet I'll return in the future, and will gladly pay for those services. Thanks, Roger!

A big shout out to Roger at toyo west! I had my timing belt, water pump, rack and pinyon, shocks and struts replaced on my 2006 Toyota Tundra. The truck drives great and feels new again. He did an amazing job with the vehicle and kept me updated as he worked on the vehicle with items that needed to be replaced and items that we need to keep an eye on. When I picked up my vehicle he had cleaned the outside and inside of the truck, wiped down the dash and detailed it. He is a very meticulous mechanic that enjoys his work and it shows! Roger is also a man with high integrity and a mechanic you can trust to do a great job and give a a honest evaluation and feed back on your vehicle. He is NOT the typical mechanic that looks for ways to replace or fix things to make extra money. I will continue to recommend and use Roger at Toyowest even if I have to drive from Queen Creek to the west valley, he really is that GOOD! Thank You Roger!

I've been having my 1998 Lexus serviced at Toyowest for a number of years. The service is exceptional, professional, and proactive. I never leave without an explanation and understanding of the work done, whether normal service or repair of mechanical issues. I give my wholehearted recommendation. My Lexus has 131,000 miles on it, and because of the service I get at Toyowest, I am confident to get in it and drive anywhere in the country.

Roger and his staff are rockstars! If you own any Toyota and especially a Toyota Land Cruiser then this is the place for you. I previously was taking my cruiser to another mechanic shop and long story short, they just couldn't get it dialed in, so we parted ways. Shortly there after, I was told about Toyowest which just happened to be located very close to my work place. Under Toyowest, my FJ60 was finally repaired correctly and has never run better. Give them a shot, you will not be sorry.

Toyowest is a small, locally owned automotive shop that comes with all of the pros and cons you would expect. Roger (the owner) is absolutely a knowledgeable and professional mechanic who will take the time to fully educate you on everything you ever wanted to know about your vehicle. Their customer service is outstanding. They stand by their work and will always be there when you need them. Since they are a small business, they also have some cons, mainly the pricing of their services. You will end up paying more here than at other shops. It's just a fact of life that they do not have the economies of scale that larger shops do. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you. If you want excellent service at a reasonable - but not lowest - cost, then Toyowest is the right place to go.

I talked to Toyowest on the phone to get an opinion about my transmission on my 2013 Lexus ES350 and they were so professional, knowledgeable and honest. I was so impressed with how much time they took to explain the issues with my car. This was done all free of charge. If you need your car repaired definitely go to Toyowest.

Top notch, honest and customer service oriented business who are experts at their profession. Call first, their expertise is in high demand and operate by appointment only. I took my Toyota Avalon there after a failed attempt at another mechanic shop. Roger sent a “play by play” video describing exactly what was happening, technology is awesome. I highly recommend Roger at Toyowest Automotive. He is very upfront with his work and keeps you the customer informed throughout the process. His work is high quality and he has decades of experience and it shows. He recently did major repairs on my 2000 Toyota Tundra and the truck is like a brand new truck off the lot mechanically.

We about an hour north of Phoenix. My wife drove our Toyota Sienna down to Phoenix and it began to have problems with the traction control device and also ABS. This was a safety issue so I was not comfortable with her driving back north. Fortunately I found Toyowest and they were able to look at car that day. They were professional and took great care of us. Roger is very knowledgeable on Toyota and Debbie is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Roger and Debbie!

I have worked with Roger on my Lexus's over a decade now and he is always awesome. They do good work at a price practically 50% less expensive then the Local Lexus dealership's. He has worked on 4 different vehicles of mine many times and every time does a good job. I would absolutely suggest going to Roger and Toyowest, great location also!!!

Allow me to start by saying that I don't even live in AZ. I called Toyowest with the hopes of speaking to Roger for advise. While researching what service to have performed on my FJ Cruiser I had received conflicting information from several Toyota dealerships and transmission shops near me. Everyone I talked to sounded like they were regurgitating info that they had heard but only partly understood. I know enough about cars and other mechanical systems to know that I wasn't talking to experts. After a few google searches I came across Toyowest. I read some of their reviews and was impressed so I decided to give Roger a call. Within minutes, I was able to tell that I was finally speaking to someone with a wealth of real-world experience and a great understanding of my issue. Roger spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me knowing all along that he was never going to make a dime. Our conversation enabled me to get the proper service from a shop in my area. I wish there was a shop near me that was run by someone who really knows their business and exudes trustworthiness like Roger. If you live anywhere near Toyowest, look no further. You found your mechanic.

Took my dads 2005 Ls430 to get a full coolant flush. Unfortunately, more work had to be done such as a timing belt, water pump, radiator and so on. Roger is extremely knowledgeable in anything Toyota/Lexus. He is also very friendly and doesn’t rush to explain anything to you either. Guys like him don’t exist in the auto world anymore and you’ll be hard pressed to find another guy like him. High quality work, great guy, clean shop, etc Will be coming back without hesitation. What can I say, my Land Cruiser was at Toyowest having some major work done to it. I was in no hurry to get it back but Roger made all the repairs and got my Cruiser back on the road very quickly. Roger goes above and beyond to satisfy you with the quality of his work and takes the time to explain what he has done and what needs to be done. I trust him implicitly! I have a 2000 Lexus ES300 with about 145k miles that needed quite a bit of work as I decided to keep the car for another 5 yrs or so. Timing belt, oil seals, water pump, 4 new struts and shocks and more. Spent more than I intended, but the car runs like new. The quality of the work was first rate. Roger is very professional and an excellent mechanic. I cannot recommend him enough. Really liked getting updates via text on the repairs too.

Toyowest is a local, family owned shop that specializes in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Once you speak with Roger (owner) you can understand the benefit of this specialization as he seemingly understands every last intricate detail of these vehicles. We have a 2002 Tacoma with over 260k miles that we've owned for 15 years. I can honestly say that Roger understands the vehicle better than anyone else I've encountered. He is very good at communicating and explaining issues, even sending videos of the vehicle for reference which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Toyowest.

Roger provided me an extraordinary experience. I’ve had my 2004 Toyota Prius for about 6 years and have never really needed a major repair. I took my car here and was more than impressed by the service I got. Generally I am comfortable doing most jobs on my car, but I had to do my ABS actuator — which is a tight job and involves a non standard brake flush. Roger knows Toyota’s up, down, sideways, and probably even in the dark. The difference here is that Roger is willing to help educate and discuss your vehicle top to bottom and truly inspect it with care. The team is able to take the time and focus on customer service and places that above all else. Don’t be foolish and look around for a better deal — get the work done right by someone who’s actually passionate. I hope I never need to do another major repair, but if I did I’d drive 1,000 miles to come back here.

If you own a Toyota or Lexus and are in need of services, look no further. Toyowest is the best. Roger is the most honest, and hardworking mechanic you'll ever meet. Not only did they get to the route of my trucks issues, but they also gave it to me straight. Where other mechanics might have been inclined to wedge a dollar out of my pocket, Roger gave me the tough truth and it was all for the better. Amazing, amazing, amazing, even though it didn't end how I had hoped, it was still an awesome experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.
