A Collision Center That Crashes Customer Service. Rudeness beyond belief: If you’re looking for a repair shop where customer service is as wrecked as your car, look no further than Larry H. Miller Collision Center, Peoria! It’s honestly shameful that GEICO partners with such a place. Now, let me give credit where it’s due ”the receptionist was nice. But that’s where the courtesy ended. Then enters Mario, the so-called service rep, who must have mistaken customer service for negativity and rudeness. Short in stature but tall in rudeness, he interrupted me constantly and exuded a serious Napoleon complex. When I told him he was being rude and that I could take my business elsewhere, he practically cheered me on, saying I could go wherever I wanted. So, I said, Great idea, Mario! But first, let me have a word with your manager. I then spoke with Rudy, the manager (?), whose leadership style can be summed up as: Let’s just move on and ignore the problem. Instead of addressing Mario’s blatant rudeness, he dismissed my concerns like an expired coupon. Rudy also, agrees that I can take my business somewhere else, not as rude as Mario, just as a matter of fact. He wasn’t trying to resolve the issue or listen to my complaint of Mario. Shameful. Bottom line: This place is a disaster. I don’t appreciate GEICO doing business with a shop that treats customers this poorly. If you enjoy being belittled and ignored, this is your spot! Otherwise, take your car and your sanity somewhere else. So, I took my business, both cars, a block away, where I was greeted with friendliness and great customer service, and car rental service assistance, unlike this place.

In the past several years we had to have three vehicles repaired. We took the first one with hail damage to a different shop that did not live up to our expectations in quality of service or updating us with progress reports. So, for the second repair we took the recommendation of our insurance adjuster to use Larry Miller Collision. The contrast in quality and service was so refreshing. A completely friendly personal experience that was wonderful in every respect. This time, with damage from a tire blowout, we knew we were going to bring the truck to Larry Miller. Simple process to pick up rental vehicle with Enterprise satellite office in waiting room. Prompt attention to our inspection, estimate and needed repairs. Gaylan kept us well informed of progress and followed up on separate items we inquired about having worked on in addition to the needed repairs. Very easy to work with. Quality results. And lifetime warranty on the work they did. Very pleased with every aspect of this service. Hopefully we don't need their help again anytime soon. But if something else happens, we will be sure to return to Larry Miller for our repairs.

These guys did an amazing job at repairing my truck after a bad collision. James Snider & Rudy Romero were amazing with keeping me updated on the process and when I finally received my truck back it looked like it never had a scratch on it. Hats off, amazing work. There's a nice sized waiting area, with complimentary coffee, available. Vending machine with snacks and beverages on site. In regards to my experience/process with the repairs to my car and car rental... Louie is top notch! He explained everything to me, and what to expect. The repair work on my car is perfect! Thank you, Louie! An added bonus... when I dropped my car off for repairs, Enterprise Car Rental picked me up, in a very timely manner. When my car was ready for me to pick up, I had the option to park the rental at Larry Miller Collison Center, and Enterprise picked it up and refunded my deposit. Super easy process. No hassle. Thank you... all!

I was in a serious accident recently that left my beloved vehicle inoperable and in need of evaluation by professionals. Thankfully, I reached out to the guy who helped me with my purchase and he told me to take it to Larry Miller Collision. After two weeks of runaround from my insurance company (seemingly at the fault of the lawyer), my vehicle finally made it to LMC. The mechanic who assessed the damage was so thorough in his documentation and took time to sit down with me to go over the damage and answer my questions. The information he was able to share helped me immeasurably both in understanding the extent of the damage and the physics of the accident itself. This whole incident has been traumatic and nightmarish for me, and Dave with LMC was the literal light in the tunnel for me. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he also answered questions for me regarding the safety and event data recording systems with which the vehicle was equipped. Dave's extensive experience and expertise in his field coupled with his compassion and genuine kindness made all the difference for me in an otherwise stressful and dark time. I loved my vehicle, and as sad as I am to let it go, I will be forever grateful that it saved my life. I am also grateful to LMC for providing me with the best service. I hope I never need a collision center again, but if I do, I am having my vehicle brought to them immediately!

Hands down the best collision repair business I have experienced. My son had minor collision and needed repair. I choose this place based on so many 5 star reviews and because we service his car at Larry Miller Toyota and they were spot on. The paint was a perfect match, it looked brand new again. Larry Miller Collision once again did an outstanding repair job. First on my wife's FJ Cruiser in 2018 and again on my Dodge Challenger in 2025. Most recently a truck kicked up a bowling-ball-sized chunk of cement on the freeway while my wife was driving in rush hour traffic with no way to avoid it. This caused major front-end, suspension, and undercarriage damage. This wasn’t just cosmetic — the repairs included the front bumper assembly, grille and reinforcements, subframe, engine mounts, A/C service, steering components, wheel alignment, and extensive suspension work including the driver-side upper control arm. What really stood out was their attention to detail and flexibility. When replacing the sway bars, they were willing to install Eibach high-performance sway bars since they were the same price as the Mopar parts — a great upgrade and much appreciated. They also painted both side mirrors when repainting the front bumper to ensure a perfect color match. The car drives straight, feels tighter than ever, and looks factory-new. Mario kept everything transparent and handled the entire process professionally from start to finish. If you want a shop that does repairs the right way, I highly recommend Mario and team at Larry Miller Collision.

I just picked up my truck from Larry H. Miller Collision Center and I’m absolutely blown away by the incredible work they did. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched—but what truly made this experience exceptional was Rudy Romero. From the start, I told Rudy how important transparency was to me, especially when it came to the parts being used. Other shops and even the insurance company were giving me the runaround—talking about using ghost parts or not being able to confirm what would be installed. Rudy was the hero that stepped in, walked me through the process in detail, and told me exactly which parts would be used—no guessing, no dodging, just clear and honest communication. He also went to bat for me with the insurance company to make sure my truck got the best quality parts and repairs possible. And the results are seriously amazing. The left panel that had a dent? Completely popped out and flawlessly repainted. The super bad damage to my bumper? Replaced the bumper with a brand new OEM bumper, and everything looks like nothing ever happened. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Pictures will show you the amazing results they provided. So far so good with the repairs my car looks great!! Other than that, the service was okay. My car was supposed to be done in 2 weeks and it wasnt. It was done in 19 days!! I had to pay more for my rental car, it was kind of like pulling teeth to get a follow-up call about when my car would be done. Their mechanic is awesome though!!! How could you not in like less than 5 minutes he undented my door to where I could open it again since due to the accident I couldn't open my door without this god-awful noise nails down a chalkboard but yes he did it in less than 5 minutes and I was back on the road, I was impressed!!! Lastly I had many questions about the repairs and the work done and Rudy the manager was awesome he answered all my questions and detail and gave me as much time as I needed and also make time on another day for me to talk about questions that I had so it's a good place to go to if you need to get your car repaired properly.
