I joined AAA because of the towing benefits.... let me tell ya'll this is a MUST HAVE membership! I switched car insurance to them, and am switching my homeowners ASAP! When my car recently broke down, they were there in less than 30 min, they took it to their shop and the repair cost was 1/2 of what the dealership wanted to charge me! They had it done in one day, AND it's all now under warranty! They also do passports, have vacation discounts, cruise discounts, this place does it all! And at a fair price. I can not stress enough to you, gooooo to AAA they got you covered. Oh and word to the wise.....State Farm SUCKS

I had an air conditioner needing repair. I took the car to AAA . They looked into the problem and told me the repair would be approximately $1700. I was not confident that was an accurate amount. My brother refered me to a shop he had used. The estimate at that shop was $920. They repaired it and I am most pleased

The people working the triple A office were awesome! I needed an international Driver's license, Friendly, informative. They even took my photo there for my international driver's license... 20 Minutes, thirty dollars. Now I can legally drive in about 30 different countries.

This location was okay. They changed out my tire. However, they checked other issues in my car and gave me an estimate Though it was without my knowledge or consent. Their prices are reasonable. I declined to fix the problems they listed. I rather take my car to my regular mechanic.

This shop is great! Integrity and transparency earns them my 5 stars. My daughters car had an obvious power steering leak. They confirmed the rack needed to be replaced and did the work in a day. Less than a week later the car was low of fluid again so we took it back to see why. They took me back and showed me that the remanufactured rack was leaking from 2 seals and it was just a poor rebuild from their supplier. They got a new rack and had the car ready the very next day. On top of all of this they were amazing at communicating details and helping solve transportation issues to and from the shop. Thanks Craig for the amazing customer service!

As a recent GCU graduate from out of state, I needed to find an auto shop that could help a post-college student living alone with little knowledge about cars. Matt and his team provided excellent customer service, keeping me updated a few days before my appointment and throughout the process. They made sure I was the first to know if anything else was needed to keep my car running smoothly. My dad was in town and got to meet the team, and he also appreciated the outstanding service and professionalism they provided!

The male receptionist with glasses, working at 8am on 8/2 was so unbelievably hostile. I had a simple question and not only was I met with a condescending tone, but I didn’t even get my simple question answered. I don’t understand why I was met with such hostility when I’m literally a AAA member and I have been to this location before for auto services and have NEVER had this experience before. Needless to say, I left the building and didn’t spend a dime there after that experience. What a shame, I needed help and was willing to spend as much as I needed to get my problem fixed. Unfortunately, the receptionist, who was the first person i interacted with, was hostile, unwelcoming, and just seemed like he hated his job. I understand no one likes their job but that’s not my problem.

I've lived in the valley for over a decade now and I haven't found an auto-mechanic that can fit my schedule and my service needs. It's always been one or the other... But, I've used AAA few times now since my car broke down across the street from them. Anyway, I got my car over there and I got a thorough online report so I could read it and understand it and then John called me a few hours later to confirm the repairs. (This was consistent both times, I don't know if it was the same guy, but the service has been consistent). Anyway, they fixed it, and a couple of weeks later it didn't start in my driveway (I bought a used car...that's another story). Again, I took it to AAA who repaired it (and I got a huge discount because some of the stuff was under warranty from the last repair). They had about 24 hour turn around time, it was pretty quick and easy. Honestly, I'm going to keep going here because I get good service. I will say there definitely *are* cheaper options, BUT, I've never had a repair tech tell me that something was under warranty before. It was awesome, saved me like $150!! Thanks all!

This is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. second time in a month I have used them for oil changes on my cars. Prices are very competitive but you also get a full diagnostic of your vehicle and what needs servicing. That is a great option. Staff are great. Only suggestion I have is to have coffee in the waiting room as well as regular television

Here is an updated version that clearly includes the tow truck driver persuading you and strengthens the flow of the review: --- ⭐ 1-Star Review — AAA Auto Shop (75th Ave & Thunderbird) My car started overheating and the dashboard warned “engine losing power.” I called AAA for a tow and planned to have my vehicle taken to my own mechanic. However, when the tow truck driver arrived, he strongly persuaded me to have it taken to a AAA Auto Shop instead, saying it would be quicker and better for the diagnosis. That turned out to be a mistake. A day later, the AAA technician called and emailed me claiming that my heater hose had busted, causing overheating, and that their diagnostic machine showed my entire engine was “no good.” They sent me an estimate to rebuild or replace the engine for over $14,000. I didn’t trust that, so I had the car towed again — this time back to the mechanic of my choice. After inspecting it, they confirmed the heater hose had indeed burst, but the engine was perfectly fine. The hose repair was around $600, and with a new radiator and one other part, my total repair cost was $2,044. So how did the AAA shop come up with a $14,000 engine replacement? I was absolutely not satisfied with the AAA technician, their diagnosis, or the pressure to take my car to their shop in the first place. Getting a second opinion saved me over $12,000. Shame on you, AAA.

My 87 yr old mother came there to get her tire fixed but she decided she needed tires which she did not. She left with $1300+ tires for a rav 4. It would have been nice if you would have told her she really didn't need all 4 new tires. And even if she did want to get them, $1300!?!?!? Seriously you took advantage of an elderly woman. I hope you feel good about that.

Getting my international driver’s permit at AAA was a breeze! The staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, full of useful information. I thought the process would take two weeks, but after paying my $20 fee, they handed me my permit on the spot. It's valid for one year and was even post-dated for my date of arrival. The facility is nice and offers a lot more than just permits, handling repairs, insurance, car buying, and more. If you need photos, they cost $20 at this location. Highly recommended!
